New 5-Star GM in New Orleans

Now that it's official I'd like to announce that we have our first 5-star GM in New Orleans, LA (and probably the entire state), Walter Helgason.

I believe your statement of the only 5 star in the state is correct, as we're the only other active lodge in state, and our highest GM is 3 star.

Congratulations to Walter for earning star numero 5. His hard work in NOLA is appreciated, as is the help he gives over in BR! Kudos!
