Masterwork holy water flask?

Rules Questions

Could you make a masterwork holy water flask?
+300 gp for 50 ranged ammunition?

Then enchant 50 flasks as magical weapons?

Holy water isn't ammunition. If you could masterwork it, it would be 300gp per vial.

RAW, no you can not make a holy water flask masterwork.

There is the Flask Thower, and Launching crossbow, which can fling Holy Water, and can be both Masterwork, and Magical. The Syringe Spear can be filled with Holy Water.

1 person marked this as a favorite.

If someone wanted to spend 300gp to make a +1 to hit flask, I would let them.

Like the Stingchuck?

VMC Magus makes it amusing what you can do.

At least I am so tempted to on my alchemist.

You wouldn't want magical flasks anyway. The hardness & hp of the flask increases. It'd be HARDER to break. Masterwork for 300 gp / 50, sure, but not magical.

Does that make it a ranged bludgeoning weapon? ;)

Flasks would be ammunition. Holy Water would be the weapon.
6gp per flask.

So, why not a Flask Thower, or Launching crossbow?

What is the end goal here?
