The most common Profession skills are architect, baker, barrister, brewer, butcher, clerk, cook, courtesan, driver, engineer, farmer, fisherman, gambler, gardener, herbalist, innkeeper, librarian, merchant, midwife, miller, miner, porter, sailor, scribe, shepherd, stable master, soldier, tanner, trapper, and woodcutter.

From that list, I'd have to take Profession: Scribe. And a very specific sort of scribe: I would take the arcane writings and research of wizards and translate it into language accessible to the town's craftsmen and nobility so they'd have an idea as to what they could possibly do with such arcane lore...

I write (and occasionally teach) technical training material, such as how to install, configure, customize, and integrate enterprise-level software. On the other hand, since I have to figure out how to do it on my own before I even start writing, I think there may be a level or two of arcane-blood sorcerer in there. (No formal training, but a knack for making things work.)

I'm a radiological control technician (I make sure radioactive contamination isn't spread when performing maintenance on nuclear reactor related equipment) after giving it some though, I'd probably be some low level Abjurer working for a non-evil version of the Technic League, they deal with that sort of thing.

I am a postdoctoral researcher at a medical school and I study marine mammal evolution.

So I would guess a wizard with a levels in druid and at least one level as a cleric of Pharasma? In Golarion I would probably be the guy compiling bestiaries and natural histories of exotic lands.

While I was working at a wolf center, a little girl pointed up at me and said "You look like Hagrid!" Which was funny because taking care of critters most people found repulsive was what i did all day. Her parents started to scold her, I told her it was my favorite character and more than one of my family members had noted the resemblance.

Is Hagrid a job?

I hear if you transfer to the Brute Squad you get a Holocaust Cloak. Might be something to look in to. You do need your own wheelbarrow though.

Minion. Minion for an Asmodean cult.

I work for an insurance company.

The funny part is I am quite chaotic and good (you know, IRL, when I'm not putting out an image of pure cynicism and superiority for fun and to keep my street cred)...but if Kingmaker taught me anything, it's that law and evil pay the bills...

I like my job, though.

Well...

I dislike it less than my previous jobs. I mean, it's easy. It pays well. It's secure. It's...

*sigh*

I'm a minion.

My KM party is all over the map, alignment-wise. LG Ruler, CE Magister, CN Spymistress, LN Treasurer and Marshall. NPC council members are no better - LN Consort, LE Warden, CN Councilor, TN General, NG Grand Diplomat, LG High Priest, CN Royal Enforcer, and three Viceroys, one CG and two LN.

Then again, nobody ever called Iomrall normal.... That, and having a Ruler who can break 60 Diplomacy on a regular basis tends to be good for smoothing over hurt feelings and former enmities.

Funny thing about this... whenever someone mentions the Minion Banana thing, I always hear the Donkey Kong 64 narrator saying it in my head instead.

Whilst I would be a low levelled divination wizard. In my spare time I would get engrossed in a game of Clerks & Managers with my friends. You Know, Roll a few dice, adventure in the exciting world of office life, in the last session was a particularly nailbiting combat with a senior manager in a 1 to 1.

I guess I'd be an Investigator with the Technologist feat. I do digital forensics.

Oddly enough, I do have a chemistry degree to match the alchemy feature.

Please don't. I'd rather not role play that with my DM.

I fear my job of slinger of kegs wouldn't much.

I would be moving wooden barrels weighting 400+LBS instead of the light weight 165.

I think Expert level 2, with craft: carpenter, profession: architect, and knowledge: history as class skills, and probably lore: art history(european buildings) as well. Add some dabbling in profession:clerk and lore:building laws.

I trained as carpenter/joiner long ago, studied architecture and had advanced studies in the area of protection of historical buildings on top of that, for an MA degree. I work since 15 years in the city government, department of protection of historic buildings, which does not truly translate to golarion, I guess.

Other than that, I think I qualify for one level of warrior, as I used to fence very long ago (foil and epee), did some martial arts (Ju-Jutsu) almost as long ago, and dabbled in archery (modern recurve) a few years back, and I´m doing some LARPing occasionally (with about 30 lbs of armor). Sufficient for a local militia in a pinch, I´d say.

According to this http://www.easydamus.com/character.html, I´d be a 5th level LN halfling wizard - apart from size, this might be a fitting description.

I'd like to apply for a new title. I don't know what it is yet. I'm curious if the title needs to be income relevant. I'm also curious if public service would be an applicable job titling. Hopefully I'll come up with one by next Friday.

I'd prefer the job title of "Wizard," but thus far no dice.

It's not hard to register yourself as a self proprietary consultant company, and then name yourself whatever title you want and print business cards

Pretty sure there's a dude in Chicago who got in the phonebook under that title. ;)

So I could give myself the title of say, dishwasher, bicycle repairman, wizard, get insurance for workers comp and offer to help for loot as a consultant. Hm, that sounds spectacular imo.
