so im building my natural attack and hes coming along nicely now i need to know how grappling works via witch hair and full attacking. for this build im using warpriest fighter witch rogue.
so
round one you make a full attack claw claw bite hair make your grapple check succeed so your opponent is now grappled.
round 2 can you still make a full attack but without the hair attack added in as in claw claw bite and would you be able to sneak attack while he's grappled.
round 3 can you make a full attack on a pinned opponent thats pinned by your hair meaning your not part of the grapple and thus get claw claw bite sneak ?
fyi all these attacks are primary none are secondary.

Instead of attempting to break or reverse the grapple, you can take any action that doesn't require two hands to perform, such as cast a spell or make an attack or full attack with a light or one-handed weapo against any creature within your reach, including the creature that is grappling you
One thing you can not do, that you suggested, is get sneak attack without additional conditions. Grappled does not deny des and does not cause flank.
Grappled: A grappled creature is restrained by a creature, trap, or effect. Grappled creatures cannot move and take a –4 penalty to Dexterity. A grappled creature takes a –2 penalty on all attack rolls and combat maneuver checks, except those made to grapple or escape a grapple. In addition, grappled creatures can take no action that requires two hands to perform. A grappled character who attempts to cast a spell or use a spell-like ability must make a concentration check (DC 10 + grappler's CMB + spell level), or lose the spell. Grappled creatures cannot make attacks of opportunity.
Full round natural attack, except hair, yes. Sneak attack, no. Though there is a brawler archetype, I believe, that gives sneak attack for maintaining a grapple.
The only other issue is maintaining the grapple,
If you do not release the grapple, you must continue to make a check each round, as a standard action, to maintain the hold. If your target does not break the grapple, you get a +5 circumstance bonus on grapple checks made against the same target in subsequent rounds.
So without the grapple line of feats, you will not be able to make the full attack action while maintaining your grapple.
What would work with this build is, full round attack then grapple with hair, your turn, free action to release grapple, full round attack then grapple with hair. It is denial of action with added damage. Only issue is if you do not succeed in the grapple.

A 5ft is a miscellaneous action that can be taken when you don't otherwise move any distance.
I know of no way to reduce maintaining a grapple to a free/swift action in order to enable a full attack during the same round.
However, you can release your current grapple as a free action which should allow you to attack with your hair each round (but this risks missing and/or failing the grapple check).
Alternatively, nothing actually stops you from making a full attack other than automatically ending the grapple when your turn concludes without successfully maintaining it.
