One request - when/if you do a full campaign setting map, please indicate on the map where more details for each location can be found. For example, for the ruins of Tsen, it would refer you to the Sword of Air product (in addition to any other product that has a lot of details on Tsen, if applicable).

I think that you will be safely in Alaska or going in the same direction the book is. ;)

C'mon, DaveMage, it's me! I may not always bee a grate speler, but you know my OCD would allow nothing less than to reference my sources. ;-)
I don't yet know the exact details of how we'll be doing it, but we will definitely be including references of some sort in the campaign setting to allow people to find out more detailed info in specific FGG/NG products. However, it probably will not be on the map itself to avoid clutter.

Doh...missed it by that much (said in my best Maxwell Smart voice). Will there
a) be an opportunity to purchase The Northlands Saga through the FGG website after it releases
or even better
b) is there still any window for direct paying FGG to get a pre-order placed now?

Hey Doc!
Yes on A, no on B. When we get Northlands printed and out the door to the backers, we'll have it available on the website for sale as well. It will also be available here at Paizo. We don't have any system in place to take preorders though.
Thanks!
Greg

@Herald Frog: yeah it was more a matter of getting the finances to line up at the right time as opposed to awareness about the KS. Real Life raided my discretionary spending fund at the exact wrong time (there really isn't a good time for that).
@Greg: thanks for the info. I'll definitely keep an eye on the FGG store for copies to go on sale once KS fulfillment is finished. Keep up the great work! Between Sword of Air, Cults of the Sundered Kingdom, and now The Northlands Saga, 2015 has been a big year for FGG!

I just sent this email to Bill...
I just realized I made a mistake on the Northlands Saga Complete Kickstarter. I accidentally picked Sword & Wizardry when I meant to pick Pathfinder. Can this be fixed?

I have the Survey, but I don't see a way of changing it. I can add the Pathfinder version of the books as add-ons, but not changing my pledge.

Howdy Dragonmoon,
I can change your pledge to a different system no problem, I just need your info. Please submit a support form here: https://www.froggodgames.com/support and I'll be happy to assist you.

Uh... right now?
PDF, anyway. Hardcover is still pre-order - they literally haven't gotten them in yet, I think. XD Might be a few weeks. That's what they said when I asked.
Though it could be worth ordering a physical copy right now anyway... I think they always give PDFs with the purchase of physical books, so you're not exactly losing out by buying early if you want the big, heavy book.

GM Rednal,
I've been trying the FGG store (same link you posted) for a couple of weeks now, but if you choose the hardcover it just tells you it's out of stock (no preorder option available there AFAIK). If you try PDF only the site just tells you your cart is empty without actually letting you purchase it.

Silverhair,
Yep I think that's the next step. I'm really kicking myself at this point for not getting the scratch together to pledge the KS when it was live. The original Northlands stuff was great and the added material in the Complete version looks like it turns it into a full fledged campaign, so it's worth the additional effort to try to get a copy when it does become available.

Bill,
Is there a trick to pre-ordering Northlands Saga Complete on the FGG website? As of this morning, when I try to add a PF hardcover to the cart it just tells me it's out of stock and doesn't give any pre-order option. I sent an email to customer support via the website's Contact Us function on Tuesday but I haven't heard anything back yet.
Thanks!

All right, I got my copy in the mail! Let's see... taping looks nice, very solid, no sign of damage. Ah, and I see a bit of bubble wrap peeking out... opening it up, yup, they put some bubble wrap in to protect the front cover. Opening it up... everything's clear and easy to read, though I do note that the margins are very small. XD Probably to be expected for such a thick book.
Oh, and what's this in the back? Why, I do believe it's my full-color map, complete with traditional hexes...
Overall? I am very pleased with this book, and I greatly look forward to digging through it at my leisure. XD
