Wow. Just got triggered by a word in a title. Which is 70% extra sensitivity on my part and 30% a word that just shouldn't be used lightly.
Even worse, that word does not accurately describe the item. Please make sure you know what the words in your title actually mean.

I think I know which item you may be talking about.
A few odd souls have snuck through some very questionable entry names this year.
Cost and Price mean 2 different things. If you are going to ignore the template (why you would is beyond me) make sure you are calling out the right concept at the right time.
I don't care if the IP you are ripping off is old enough to be public domain. It may be legal to use, but its still just trying to ride the coattails of something else. It doesn't show Superstar level creativity.

Is it as bad as the one last year that essentially gave you extra actions to cast with? I think we tallied it up to 8 standard action spells in one round if you had quicken spell, familiar spell, and a familiar strong enough to hold one as well. You could get 9 if you'd capped Mystic Theurge.
I mean, without it, you're only losing two of those spells, but that combo doesn't really need any help.

I favorite your post, only because I like your picture.
Even tough aura is listed before CL in the format, you figure it out after you set the CL. It's not a subjective assessment of your items power. Its the easiest thing about your item to set, yet I think its the second most common error I see. Read the spell detect magic like the core rule book tells you to. If the CL is 1-5 its faint, 6-11 is moderate, and 12-20 is strong. I have to wonder how someone who has played pathfinder at all has never had detect magic come up in their games.
Just because a weapon/armor is angelic, or holy, or divine does not mean it has to grant the user the ability to fly. I mean, I get it, thematically. I'm just getting tired of seeing it so frequently.

Despite your absolute perfect formatting as far as I can tell, I'm sorry, that convention is too important. The vote goes to the unformatted item.
In another game, where things worked differently, I'd be all over this item in a heart-beat.
