Sorry; brutal 11-hour day at work kept me from doing anything on the boards that required sustained thought (like figuring out purchases). At least it wasn't the sort of brutal day that comes when someone gets hurt....

As I understand it, Klaidingo's taking 10 on his Knowledge (Nature) check will free up Raul. So Day 1 looks like this:
All villagers, plus Klai, Chamius, and Kryssa, work on the harvest, completing it.
Barley and Jonterra scout.
Raul works on the barricades, adding traps.
That sounds good to everyone?

I don't see a table format code, which would have made this easier to read. So bear with me here.
Day 1:
Scouting-Barley and Jonterra
Traps-Raul
Harvest-Klai, Chamius, Kryssa, 50 villagers
At the end of the day, the harvest is in, we know we have 9 days at this point, and the barricade has traps in it.
Day 2:
Archery training-Raul + 10 villagers
Melee training-Kryssa + Chamius + 10 villagers
Scouting-Barley and Jonterra
Barricade-Klaidingo + 30 villagers
At the end of the day, 10 villagers have 50% melee combat training, 10 villagers have 25% archery combat training, and the barricade is 25% complete. Not sure about scouting results yet.
Day 3:
Archery training-Raul + 10 villagers
Melee training-Kryssa + Chamius + 10 villagers
Scouting-Barley and Jonterra
Barricade-Klaidingo + 30 villagers
At the end of the day, 10 villagers are melee combat trained, 10 villagers have 50% archery combat training, and the barricade is 50% complete. The 10 melee-trained villagers will trade places with ten from the barricade crew for next day's work.
Day 4:
Archery training-Raul + 10 villagers
Melee training-Kryssa + Chamius + 10 villagers
Scouting-Barley and Jonterra
Barricade-Klaidingo + 30 villagers
At the end of the day, 10 villagers are melee combat trained, 10 are 50% melee combat trained, 10 are 75% archery combat trained, and the barricade is 75% complete.
Day 5:
Archery training-Raul + 10 villagers
Melee training-Kryssa + Chamius + 10 villagers
Scouting-Barley and Jonterra
Barricade-Klaidingo + 30 villagers
At the end of the day, 20 villagers are melee combat trained, 10 are 50% 100% archery combat trained, and the barricade is complete.

Chamius, the only thing I see different in your list is on Day 5 - 10 villagers are 100% archery trained. You can spend another day with them to attempt a craft (bow) check to make more crossbow bolts if you want, as there are not quite as many as they would like.
Let's jump through those 4 days and reassess.

Thanks everyone! This might be one of my favorite scenarios and you all played through it with style. I'll report and send out chronicles in a little bit.
Regarding what's next, I'm not too sure. I just finished running a group through the first level of Thornkeep and plan to run level 2, but only half of the party is able to do it so I think I have 2 or 3 spots open there if anyone is interested.
If this group wants to continue together then talk amongst yourselves and try to find a scenario you can all play. Perhaps something in Season 4 or 5? If it's something I don't have I'll buy it.
