Foe Collision Stalker Talent

Ultimate Intrigue Playtest General Discussion

Do I understand this right?
I never do any roll against the second target, he gets automatically damaged regardless of AC, concealment or any other defenses he has(except DR).
That seems quite exploitable to me:
Just put an easy to hit target (summon monster, bought animals, ...) next to Mr BBEG and attack that creature instead of him and ignore all his defenses.

If you put it there, it's probably aware of your presence. If it's aware of your presence, you can't use the ability on it.

Except that you can. Foe Collision can be used on any Hidden Strike.

Yep, and Hidden strike works like sneak attack with a lower die when detected.

This does seem fairly powerful, but also somewhat situational. It's not exactly easy to exploit in every encounter. I think that a Reflex for half damage would be an appropriate defense, but it makes the talent a bit underpowered overall.
