If I'm reading this right, can you sneak attack WITH the bomb?
(it seems like it) Because in that case I think we just found a "nova" option for Rogues, which is cool.
Also, and I stress that I haven't the examined the details for this, can the above be combined with focused shot or the "Explosive Missile"-Discovery in some way?

Every round, you Tumble to the other side of your enemy, then shove a Sneak Attacking Bomb in his maw for hilarious amounts of damage at your highest BAB.
Adding scout is nice will the feat charging hurler help this so you are charging every round to get the sneak attack every round at low levels...

Bombs cannot be thrown as part of a Charge, sadly - they're a Standard Action to prepare and throw, so you can't use them with Charging Hurler. You can use Charging Hurler with other splash weapons, however.
The original design was to emulate V from V for Vendetta, with a little more emphasis on throwing bombs (which he didn't do MUCH in either the comic or film).
Scout Swashbuckler Underground Chemist Rogue, Alchemist VMC

CL2 Rog/Alc2 Chemical Weapons, Combat Training – Quick Draw
CL3 Rog/Alc3 Alchemy, Finesse Training (Rapier); Sneak Attack 2d6
CL4 Rog/Alc4 Debilitating Injury, Scout’s Charge, Precise Splash Weapons
CL5 Rog/Alc5 Charging Hurler, Rogue’s Edge – Acrobatics, Sneak Attack 3d6
CL6 Rog/Alc6 Combat Trick – Dodge
CL7 Rog/Alc7 Bombs 4d6, Sneak Attack 4d6

CL10 Rog/Alc10 Hunter’s Surprise / Feat - Ricochet Splash Weapon, Rogue’s Edge – Stealth

Trading Two-Weapon Fighting focus for Charging Hurler would work pretty well, yeah.
