PFS Buying Wands With Less Than 50 Charges

Really simple question I can't find the answer to.

In Pathfinder Society Play, are you allowed to buy wands with less than 50 charges for a reduced price? Whether the answer is yes or no, can someone post a link to rules text? Thanks.

You can buy scrolls with multiple copies of a spell. So you can even spend 2pp to get a scroll with 5 copies of a level 2 spell. The only caveat for PFS is that it has to be the same spell while for regular ol' pathfinder it can have any combination spells.
