What about to use spells with verbal (but not somatic or material) components?
Because the OP would rather spend gold than a feat slot.

Get a Ring of Eloquence. It specifically works while polymorphed into forms that cannot speak (and, it is cheaper).

You want a Ring of Eloquence.
It's function presumes the ability to speak. As it says it helps you choose the right words, so the ring won't help a mute, which animals for this purpose, are.

The wearer retains the ability to speak in these languages even if she assumes a form normally unable to do so (such as a druid wild shaped into a wolf).

Is the specific language a Druid needs to speak to cast ever actually defined? (You could easily say it is Druidic as all Druids get that). But in any case for the skill boosts alone plus extra languages, plus speaking while transformed plus bonus against deafened's effects makes this seem like an underpriced ring indeed. Going to get it for at least one of my PFS characters!

Any language works. Just remember that for PFS you have to pick one of the two language combinations listed in the ring's description, you can't just pick any four languages.
