1. Unicorns have problems with the whole 'hands' thing, which are rather required for casting. So probably not that one.
2. Whichever you find more fun
3. Hard to pin down until you have a plan in mind.
4. Technically? Yes, a Magus can use whatever weapon he wants. Effectively? Not really.
5. Depends on your playstyle

The Magus can be effective with a pole-arm, but it needs some trickery if you want to leave a hand free for spell combat. The easiest way without dipping, is to grab a familiar, give it the mauler archetype, and then ride it as a mount, using a lance one handed.
Since you start at level 8, you can take the Eldritch Scion archetype without much of a worry. Dragon bloodline cause, yeah half dragon and stuff. Since you won't be using the claws, you can trade it away for a bloodline familiar. Dragon bloodline familiars can also sprout wings and fly. So with Mauler, you could have a flying dragon/dinosaurus that you ride into battle.
Kinda needs undersized mount tho.

Magus can use pole arms, just not always well. Most (if not all) are 2 handed weapons, meaning you will not be doing spell combat while pole arming. Idealy, you want something like a bastard sword, to 1 hand when casting and 2 hand when not.
As to the question in the title, Halfdragon. No question, natural flight always wins. That said, if you can swing a half celestial unicorn warpriest (an alicorn) they tie back up and we need more info about the rest of the party or other thoughts behind the build.

Kind of a debatable point. I've seen people argue that, then others point out that even if you're wielding it one-handed, the Lance is not a one-handed weapon.
So, if you plan to use this one just run it by your GM first.

Eh, he's allowed to play a half dragon. I think he'll manage.
You need to increase your familiars carrying capacity either by ant haul (spell blend), muleback cords or a heavy load belt, as you need to be light weight to take to the skies. Its actually a pretty funny image of a human riding a faerie dragon into battle, wielding a lance.
Well, with mauler the compsognathus familiar would be at 15 STR at level 8. That's actually not bad for carrying stuff.

Link to "bloodline familiar"?

I now have a desire to build this just to make some poor DM face palm. :)

Warpriests still do a great deal of casting that can't be Fervored. The poor Fighter in your party got nailed by a Shadow? It's the divine caster's role to get him back in Fightering shape after the battle, and you can't Fervor out a Lesser Restoration for the other guy.
Still Spell... eh. It works, technically, but I can't see willingly going for an option that begins with "all your spells are one level higher".

That depends if you are trying to fill the divine caster role as a warpriest. And if you do need to fill that role for your party, then you probably should have chosen a full casting class. The warpriest is more of a fighter who uses divine power than a cleric who fights. If you want a cleric who fights, there is an archetype for that.

Dko, points if you were adopted by gnomes and are culturally gnome, and wear rainbow colours just like your gnome brethren. I'd actually be happy to join in the fun as well. Oracle, eldritch heritage arcane + boon companion + improved familiar = faerie dragon no.2. We could call ourselves rainbow dragon knights!
Suggest if you play unicorn, ask GM for permission to take natural spell. Its not unreasonable.
