Wow, lucky! I had to postpone my package shipping until tomorrow due to a pay snafu which means I won't get to play for about 2 weeks.


I haven't got my shipping notice yet, should I be worried?

    HI Sara, I called customer service and I had them go ahead and move the one dice set to my side cart. I just wanted to let you know here so you don't spend any more time on this matter. Thank you for your help and in letting me know what was holding up my order. :-)

    The warehouse has let me know that they have wrapped up shipping all packing slips that had new release subscription items that could be shipped. If you have not had your order ship and you do not know why, please let us know! Please keep in mind we will be out of the office Friday, May 22 and Monday May 25th for PaizoCon/Memorial Day.

    It looks like there were some submission timing differences that resulted in your items staying in your sidecart.

    I've kicked them out of your sidecart to an order that is set to ship as soon as possible. You should get a new order confirmation email and we'll get those on their way soon.

    Sorry. Whilst the order has gone through again I've had no shipping e-mail and so no access to downloads. The shipment has disappeared from My Subscriptions but not shipped apparently. A bit disappointed by that since, as I say, access to the downloads is great while the shipment makes its way across the Atlantic (and presumably across the US first).


    I haven't gotten my shipping e-mail yet and when I check my account I don't see any indication of the order. :(

    Looks like the order is showing up now - # 3527246 - but it has a status of Pending and I never received the email.

    I wonder, if my order hasn't been processed yet, to include those items from order # 3561193 that are in stock in the shipment.

    You're right, I just get confused with dates. Keep forgetting I'm on the wrong side of the world!

    And I don't think it has anything to do with overseas shipping. I'm located in the US. I used to be nearer to the front of the queue when I first began my subscriptions but the past several months (seems like a year-and-a-half) I've found myself in the back of the queue. I have even had to contact Paizo several times regarding my monthly orders. I understand that the folks at Paizo get busy but there is a point where it gets frustrating.


    So I posted on the Customer Service forum about my missing May order - no response after over 24 hours and yet I see responses to other customers that posted before and after me about other issues. I tried calling three times tonight - all three times I never got through to anyone. The phone rang three-four times and then I was disconnected.

    Sorry about that! The phone lines have been really crazy today, so it's been hard to keep track of where we are at on the messageboards. Sorry that it took me awhile to see your post.

    Our phone line close at 5 PST. You should have the option to leave a voicemail after that. I'm staying late to trying to make sure the boards get done. Things are a bit chaotic post PaizoCon and we have some people out sick. We do apologize for any delays in response time right now!

    Actually I tried closing at 3:30, 4:00, and 4:30 Pacific time - I'm thinking they were having problems with their phone lines, which it looks like Sharaya confirmed.
