Hi everyone
Last year, I was given an honorary allowance to be allowed into the Superstar only guildhall due to the time and commitment I had shown to the competition.
I think this should be an annual thing and after thinking about it for some time, as the first recipient of this honor, I would like to propose someone for this year. Passing the torch and honor on so to speak.
The nominee I have in mind is someone who feedback's regularly year in, year out. But more than this, they carry the spirit of the competition through the whole year. They have initiated one of the most participated and well loved threads in the competition - one that starts a few weeks after the winner has basked in glory, and it finishes a week or two before the next competition starts.
A thread of mutual participation, encouragement, learning and feedback that has run for many years now.
I nominate this year that this golden ticket be awarded to the grand master of the Blazing 9 thread.
I nominate Curaigh.
If you second this motion, please add your support here and maybe one of the competition heralds, e.g Owen, can ratify this permission for one of the long time regulars and stalwarts of the competition.

I will second the nomination! Curaigh is a big part of this competition and deserves accolades!

Thanks, Scott, but traditionally (as far as relatively new traditions go) Champion voters automatically get the pass. I'm already in.

The only shame is that Superstar season is almost over for this year, so he wouldn't get the benefit for long.
Maybe he should be the honoree for next season, and next season he nominates someone else. :)

I was under the impression that once your were given the honorary ticket, you always had an honorary ticket. So you can enter every year.
Mmmm.... Doesn't say anything about Champion voters in the entry criteria for the Guild Hall.

We're on the list, but weren't mentioned this year in what I believe was a minor oversight. That's fine though; there are very few of us and we don't take offense easily. ;)

Feros was going to be my nomination for a people's choice award and here is why.
6! Critique on every contestant's every entry: (32+32+16+8+)
5! Critiquing every CMI entry.
4! Politely/tactfully calling comments out as too specific in the "So far I've seen..." thread.
3! Champion voter, Champion voter, Champion voter.
2! Taking over Mamaursala's New Viewers Guide to RPGSS*

Whether or not this title gives one access to the Guild Hall I think Feros deserves at least this bit of recognition and is my nomination for People Choice award.

That's okay, my key still fits the lock... so once you get one of us in, you can't get rid of us so easy ;)
