Behold
Also, since you can get Claws anyway as a racial trait, I just don't think the Beast Totem Rage powers are for you. You get the good stuff other ways.

Catfolk Master of Many Styles Monk/Scout Rogue/Vivisectionist Alchemist is one of the best sneak attackers in the game. It is definitely a "claw blitz" sort of character.
Pounce at level 10? How about earlier?
And how about free sneak attacks on a charge?
With d8 sneak attack dice?
Doubled?
With +3 for each die?
Maximized in a surprise round (somewhat debated)?
With 4 claws instead of 2? (somewhat debated, but allowed)?
It takes a lot of investment to pull off, and you won't be able to do every one of these things, but by level 10 you can be dealing a couple hundred damage each round.
Plus, it's cool. Which is just as important.

This is how I would claw blitz. This character is a Tengu, not Catfolk, mostly because Catfolk aren't PFS legal. The build would work pretty much the same for Catfolk.
Another Catfolk I'd be interested in is Scent. I'd take Scent and the Blind Fighting Feat. Then I'd get an Eversmoking Bottle. Everyone in the Smoke is Blind, but you will be able to function almost normally while Blinded. The Eversmoling Bottle has a 20'Radius, though, chances are you will Blind friend and foe alike, so you might not want to do that unless the whole party is on board and each of them is willing to work out their own method of functioning while Blinded.

In a variant of the build I just linked to, I also use Sneak Attack. I favor Dirty Tricks to Blind my opponents, denying them their Dex bonuses and locking in the Sneak Attack Damage. For PFS, it's actually a halfling character, so instead of Claw Feats and Feral Combat Training, I go straight to Quick, Great dirty trick, taking Combat Expertise at Level 1.
If the build I linked to extended past level 12, I would totally be a Vivisectionist Alchemist for the Sneak Attack, and take Quick, Great dirty trick.
Sneak Attack is awesome.
