Alright, so as some of you may know, the Lashunta are a pretty cool race native to Castrovel. The women are beautiful and charismatic, the men are short and powerful, all are intelligent. But their society isn't described in great detail. We know what they are, but not who they are.
So why don't we talk about what sort of things they should do to give them a little more life?
What do they prioritize in life? What do they seek to gain from adventuring? What sort of insults do they use? What category do their swears tend to draw from? What do they use as compliments? What does Lashunta flirting look like? What is an apology? A sign of aggression? A greeting? An act of friendship? Of brotherhood? What do they consider sexual or seductive? Repulsive? They don't wear much, is there no nudity taboo on Castrovel? Are they a polygamous people or do they have monogamous relationships? Do they even do relationships for more than procreation? What is the greatest honor to a Lashunta? The greatest shame?

Well we know they tend to be good aligned.
We know they are telepathic and can read minds so more then likely they are honest possibly to the point of being blunt to anyone they communicate.
We do not know what other races live on Castrovel except Lashunta, Elves, and whatever beastmen are.
We know they trade with races on Akiton so they are used to Akitonians, Ratfolk, The Contemplatives, and few other races from that world.
They are usually on good terms with elves but have had little or no contact with Humans, Dwarves, Orcs, Gnomes, and Halflings.
I am sure nudity is not an issue in there culture.
Since they live in a hot and humid environment that metal for weapons and armor would be less used for more practical materials such as things that do not rust or conduct heat.
We know they live in a wild environment so they prioritize survival of there race.
Food is plentiful but so are the dangers in there environment so that is a factor to think about in there psychological make up.
They value knowledge so that is a good motive for adventuring.
It would be a good idea to ask Mr. Sutter some of these questions.

The latest AP book (Divinity Drive(?)) has two new pictures of a male and female lashunta. The dudes look like and dress like dwarves with wonky ears, basically, if you have not seen it. From what I recall, there are at least some Lashunta with different and/or unusual lifespans too - I know there is at least one named one in a guide to Numeria (?) that runs a city alongside a wyrd.
I made a critique of the lashunta as part of a bigger post on another topic earlier this year, and I know that there were plans at that point to revisit the lashunta in new material at some point in the future. I think the guy writing it commented that he wanted the lashunta to be "more than" the nude chicks on dinos that I had described them as. hopefully some of the questions about the cultural stuff here get answered in that (if you can wait that long).

But I like them as the nude chicks on dinosaurs:( I mean they can be more then that but as long as are they are both I am fine;)
Yeah her name is Lady Altouna(NG Wizard 13), ruler of Hajoth Hakados, on page 11 of the Numeria Land of Fallen Stars book. She is disguised as a Half-Elf and helps alien humanoids to escape the land of Numeria and the Technic League.

It's not really what you can describe as a war. The fomorian's are more assimilating Castrovel than conquering it. Amusingly, they're classified as LN, which from their perspective makes sense... they're an alien insectoid species who's biological drive to expand their culture, control and area is completely natural and the Lashunta oppose that. Thing is, morality in the Golarionverse isn't subjective, it's objective, and by that logic the Fomorian's are very much LE, not LN.
More on topic, Castrovel as a planet seems to be similar to what Earth was around the late Jurassic period... hot, tropical, wet, with large lifeforms and primarily fern-based flora. With that in mind, yeah clothing would not be common among the Lashunta when the average temperature ranges in the 80's-90's Fahrenheit with 90%+ humidity across much of the planet. Armor would be designed for ease of movement and breathing and clothing would be similar to equator based culture's on Earth. IE; short skirts/kilts and for the non-jungle dwellers, black or white (depending on fabric) full-body robes to protect from the sun like the Bedouin wore.
Much beyond that would be conjecture unfortunately, but with a Int bonus on the race, it's likely they are more civilized and have cities and schools, economics, currencies and other more advanced things, not tribal and living as hunter-gatherers. The Lashunta were called out as having been around at the same time of the elves migration to/from Golarion 10k years ago, so there's no way their society is still in the stone age (even if it should probably be in the space age with that amount of time, Fomorian's not withstanding... they didn't get hit with a civilization destroying meteor after all).

The Lashunta are an expressly psychic race. Instead of building the industrial base needed to mechanically be a space faring race, perhaps they simply use astral projection and dream travel to explore.
Castrovel is also a far more hostile environment than Golarion or Earth, which would prevent the amount of technological development needed for space travel.

I thought it was stated that the Lashunta have city states?
Yes.
Lashunta City-States: The scattered city-states of the 8 lashunta are as autonomous as their name implies. Each
is ruled by its own female leader whose position is either
elected or inherited, depending on local custom, and who
is sometimes advised by a council. Though feuds are not
uncommon, complex alliances of trade, interbreeding,
and mutual defense tend to tie the settlements together,
thus making it rare for conflicts between city-states to
go beyond ritualized battles and small-scale raiding for
the sake of honor, with true warfare being reserved for
the monstrous humanoids, formians, and other savage
societies that inhabit Castrovel’s wilds. Many settlements
rely on telepaths and spellcasters to communicate with
their allied nations in real-time, and travel across the
intervening jungles and mountains via aiudara or on the
backs of the fearsome lizard-steeds known as shota.
