I added a bunch of stuff to my sidecart to ship with the next (Jan) sub. In the My Subscriptions estimate it shows
"4 packages. Standard Postal Delivery. Estimated Shipping & Handling: $80.30"
Which looks weird to me. Normally large orders are aggregated into one package for around 60? I am not sure if this is a estimate error or just a change in pricing or the number/types of things order necessitate 4 packages to get the best deal.
I am asking now as I'll be away for the hols soon and want to make sure that it is OK whilst I maybe incommunicado.
Also the Strategy Guide is listed in my Feb Sub and I didn't order it AFAIK, a glitch maybe?

I *think* it's confused because some of them and it looks like it's trying to ship stuff in more packages than it actually needs to. That should change after we get closer to shipping.
Looking at everything, it looks like it should be able to go in one Priority package, which would be cheaper in this case.
We are hoping to generate January orders around the 8th, so if you can check your subscription order when you get the confirmation email, please let us know if anything looks right.
I have a note to check your account when we generate orders, since this sounds like something to keep an eye on. However, my history of post-it notes + coffee accidents is...messy, so if you do have way to check it, please do so, just in case.
The Strategy Guide is a glitch that is being looked into.

I've added the code to the order. However, it's being a little buggy right now, so it may not actually display for the time being, or until the order is actually generated.

The shipping price looks reasonable, at ~$100. However the order is mucked up. I am being charged twice for subscription copies and even then the CC is being authorized for almost twice as much as the (inflated) order cost (order is around 214, CC 414 ish dollars). The 10% off code doesn;t seem to have been applied either.

After moving the all of bundle parts to the order and removing the excess subscription items I was still having a couple issues getting the prices to line up with what it estimate what the parent portions of the bundles were on the other orders. We have determined that it is likely just a odd corner case and I have adjusted the order to be what has already been authorized. i will send a new order confirmation email.

But I am still confused about the order amount, as the CC amount does not tie in with the order amount.
Subtotal (11 items) $300.03
Shipping & Handling $117.95
Shipping & Handling Discount - $4.60
Order Total $413.38
Why is the shipping not -$10, paying the first 10 with orders over $100?
Also the total does not make sense. I have already paid for most of the order as they were print/PDF bundles so were paid at order time - straight away. The only things which should be being charged are the 2 sub items and the Advanced Bestiary. So the order should be:
Subs & Advanced Best: $74.44
Shipping: $117.95
shipping discount: -$10
Total: $182.39
Not $413! Unless I don't understand something?

We no longer charge for bundles at the time of order submission and charge them like regular products now, when they ship. We're still trying to figure out the best way to handle bundles as this is also causing issues.
For some reason the bundles are causing some interference with the shipping discount. I need tech assistance in hashing it out so I will investigate more with them first thing monday morning.

The shipping discount has totally disappeared from the 3rd auth run email I just received. It is mentioned but the 10$ is not applied :(

I've got it back. Well, I managed to get it to an $11.00 discount instead of $10. But, I am vaguely terrified of this order and would prefer not to keep poking it over $1.00. If its okay with you can I go ahead and get it shipped so that I can watch it make sure nothing else weird happens?

I found one of the things making the order behave oddly which was a bundle that was still on preorder. I moved that to its own order and granted it free shipping since this has been such a confusing hassle for you.
You should see everything else shipping soon. I will be keeping an eye on it as it ships, but if you notice something awry please let me know.

EDIT: Ah I see the two orders now, thank you. And the main bundle has shipped so I have the PDF :D
