I'll make an alchemist that I think will fit well with this group. He will have the knowledge skills that we might need. And could assist in traps. I am assuming that a trapper ranger will be build to handle traps, right?

are you asking if they can handle traps well? anything with disable device can disable traps or are you worried about the dc?

if you want to know the dc read, otherwise don't spoil it if you would rather not me tell you.:

perception for spotting most traps are 20-22 and disable device requires 20-22, okay so make your own decision as to what you want to be now that you know.

um is this going to mess me up, DM?:

I ended up getting credit for the mummy's mask as a DM, and it got applied to one of my characters like it says you can do. It says I can get credit once as a DM and once as a player, not sure if it counts me as a player by having the credit applied to one of my characters even though I DMed.

The first book as Tier 1-2, which means that it can be replayed ad nauseum, so you should be fine :-)
