Takes a LOT of feats to get there, but once you do..... Everyone within 10' of you takes a hit...
My question is. If somehow you caught them all flatfooted, would they all take sneak attack damage, since you roll individually for each attack? And how many could you hit with a 10' reach weapon...also why is a whip 15' reach and scorpion whip only 10'.....
Slashing Grace (Combat)
You can stab your enemies with your sword or another
slashing weapon.
Prerequisites: Dex 13, Weapon Finesse, Weapon Focus
with chosen weapon.
Benefit: Choose one kind of one-handed slashing
weapon (such as the longsword). When wielding your
chosen weapon one-handed, you can treat it as a
one-handed piercing melee weapon for all feats and
class abilities that require such a weapon (such as a
swashbuckler’s or a duelist’s precise strike) and you can
add your Dexterity modifier instead of your Strength
modifier to that weapon’s damage. The weapon must be
one appropriate for your size.

I just statted out a level 11 Kensai with Whip Mastery, Imp. Whip Mastery, Slashing Grace, Lunge, Precise Strike, and Combat Reflexes...
with Long Arm, and Enlarge Person, you can set up a 50 foot zone of control; use Magical Lineage to cast Frostbite with Rime Spell, and you can add 1d6+level nonlethal cold damage and Entangle and Fatigue to every single one of your copious opportunity attacks...
Takes until level ~5 or so to get going, but once it does, nasty nasty nasty.

Hahaha! MY GM dislikes that I come up with stuff like this, but he would hate you ! :)
I often come up with nasty ideas but seldom use them.. My group is a little soft when it comes to rules and min/maxing. SO I try not to actually implement any of it for fear of making them feel useless.
However, I LOVE thinking about it.

BONUS ROUND!
Poach any if the new Whip of Insects spells off of another class spell list with an arcana or feat to have a whip that poisons and hits touch AC.
SUPER DOUBLE BONUS ROUND!!!!
Get your hands on a Monowhip from the new Tech guide, and now you have a whip (to which all standard feats and proficiencies apply, see here: http://paizo.com/products/btpy98i0/discuss&page=25?Pathfinder-Campaign- Setting-Technology-Guide#1205 ), that hits for 2d6 damage base, against touch AC with a Magus's favorite stat, an 18-20 Crit range.
And yes, you can make one Keen, and enjoy the usual Shocking Grasp shenanigans with it should you be so inclined...
I need to make this character now. Iron Gods here I come!

Yeah, the monowhip is an odd case. I'm uncertain of a few things:
Does the monowhip get the bonuses from piranha strike?
Can it be affected by "rapid reload" (to put in a new battery, after al it is 1 charge/round)?
One thing I am sure is that slashing grace does not work with it, since it does not get strength bonuses to damage (and slashing grace is worded that you use dex in place of strength).
In any case, it's a cool weapon, that I will no doubt never see...

All that I really want is to be able to add Dex as damage to my Rapier attacks. For no other reason than my guy has always used rapiers. He could use a cutlass or wakizashi or scimitar but it's not his style.
Don't know if you've seen this or not but Advanced class origins has a feat called Fencing grace that allows you to deal dex to damage with rapiers.

Also, as written, Slashing Grace does not work with a scorpion whip. The feat only works with one handed weapons, and the scorpion whip is a light waeapon.
Then piranha doesn't work.
It is impossible to have both piranha+grace.
Grace (fencing or slashing) requires one hand ONLY
Piranha requires light weapon ONLY

It's only official for PFS. What he's talking about is the PFS houserule in its FAQ.

Well, it's a bit more than "just a houserule"; LINK
After discussing with the rules and design teams, PFS will use the scorpion whip found in the Adventurer's Armory, not Ultimate Equipment. Future printings of the Ultimate Equipment will fix the problem.
