You numbers look correct.

Which weapon do you have weapon training for? Longsword is a Heavy Blade while Shortsword is a Light Blade so, at lvl 6 with only 1 rank of WT, you only have a +1 to one of them. I'll presume, for the moment, that you took Heavy Blades:

Longsword 1st main-hand:
+6 from BAB
+4 from Str
+1 from WFocus
+1 from WTrain
-2 for TWF penalty
---
+10

Longsword 2nd main-hand:
+1 from BAB
+4 from Str
+1 from WFocus
+1 from WTrain
-2 for TWF penalty
---
+5

Shortsword 1st off-hand:
+6 for 1st off-hand
+4 from Str
+1 from WFocus
-2 for TWF penalty
---
+9

Shortsword 2nd off-hand (presuming you have ITWF):
+1 for 2nd off-hand
+4 from Str
+1 from WFocus
-2 for TWF penalty
---
+4

Keep in mind that you track the order of each hand independently so, while you have the Combination of +10/+5/+9/+4, you have the following discrete permutations to pick from:
1) Longsword +10/Longsword +5/Shortsword +9/Shortsword +4
2) Longsword +10/Shortsword +9/Longsword +5/Shortsword +4
3) Longsword +10/Shortsword +9/Shortsword +4/Longsword +5
4) Shortsword +9/Longsword +10/Longsword +5/Shortsword +4
5) Shortsword +9/Longsword +10/Shortsword +4/Longsword +5
6) Shortsword +9/Shortsword +4/Longsword +10/Longsword +5

In all these cases, you follow the applicable rules; attacks from BAB (your main-hand attacks) are done in decreasing order (you never have a lower-BAB main-hand occur prior to a higher-BAB main-hand). Off-hand attacks aren't granted by high BAB so they are not subject to the main-hand ordering rule, but they follow their own order as the off-hand granted by ITWF is the second off-hand you may take (in order to take a second one, you must first take the first one). Functionally, this works out to independent ordering for each hand but, so long as you obey that order, you may shuffle between main-hand and off-hand at your discretion.

Just a note:

You get the second attack on the off-hand only if you have Improved TWF. (This feat doesn't change the bonuses at all, so it's not immediately relevant to your question. But without it, you only have three attacks: Main hand, Off hand, and Main hand iterative.)

Off topic, but there is very little reason to go longsword/shortsword over shortsword/shortsword. The longsword only does an average of 1 more damage per swing, and trying to use two different weapons really splits your feats.

Of course, you could simply feel that long/short looks cooler, which is totally valid.
