Number of attacks for a level 6 fighter using two weapons and appropriate feats

Rules Questions

I am doing some projections for my wife's character. We just started doing Pathfinder Society last week (with myself as GM). I have a lot to learn...

She will be a level 6 human fighter who is trying to focus on crits while two handed fighting with the following feats:

1: Two Weapon Fighting, Weapon Focus (Kukri)
2: Power Attack
3: Double Slice
4: Weapon Specialization (Kukri)
5: Iron Will
6: Improved Two Weapon Fighting

Level 5 was easy. 1 main hand attack, 1 offhand attack

Level 6 is not so easy for me to understand.

Is it:
a) There is an additional off hand attack granted by ITWF (at -5)
b) There is an additional main hand attack granted by BAB +6
c) There is an additional off hand attack granted by the fact that you're two weapon fighting and your BAB is +6

It is "C" that I am especially confused about.

This is the rest of the feats. I would love a critique if you are willing.

7: Improved Initiative
8: Improved Critical
9: Critical Focus
10: +1 Str Greater Weapon Focus
11: Two Weapon Rend
12: Greater Weapon Specialization (Kukri)

Thank you.

BAB 6 with Improved Two weaon fighting.

Main hand two attacks, the second at an additional -5 to hit.
Off hand two attacks, the second at an additional -5 to hit.

Total of 4 attacks.

Indeed, something a lot of people miss. Your offhand does not naturally scale with BAB as well. Only mainhand. Offhand gets its further bonus attacks only from the feats.

For this demonstration, I will assume level 6, an 18 strength, and two +1 kukris.

First primary hand kukri attack:
+6 (BAB) +4 (strength) +1 (Weapon Focus) +1 (magic) -2 (TWF) = +10

First off-hand kukri attack:
Same as first attack = +10

Second primary hand kukri attack:
+1 (BAB) +4 (strength) +1 (Weapon Focus) +1 (magic) -2 (TWF) = +5

Second off-hand kukri attack:
Same as first attack but at -5 (ITWF) = +5

I think you meant to say:

"First off-hand kukri attack:

Indeed. Halfway through I amended how I was presenting the numbers. A copy & paste or two later, and voila! Mistakes!

Thank you all for all your help.

My darling wife already proved to be critical to her group's success in "Intro 1: First Steps—Part I: In Service to Lore", joined by 2 rogues, a sorcerer, and 2 clerics (yes, two clerics). Sounds like she will be a human blender once she hits level 6. I'm glad these bonuses do not extend past the gaming table.
