I play a Cleric with the Healing Domain. How does Rebuke death work?
(core rule book pg44) Heal 1d4 +1/2 your level. Only works on creatures below 0 HP. Does it auto Stabilize?
If a PC is at -2 hp and the heal total is 5. Is he alive and stable with 3hp?
Do I need to stabilize the PC also? Or is it just to delay death? PC @ -7 rebuked for 5hp is she now @ -2hp and in need of stabilize.

It is a magical healing ability, so it stabilizes the target.
Note: The target must have hit points in the negatives, but not equal to negative Con or less, since they are dead at that point, not dying.
Target: -2 hit points, rebuke heals for 5, target will be consciuous with 3 hit points, but will no longer be a legal target for rebuke death as his hit points are 0 or higher.
Target 2: -7 hit points, rebuke heals 5 hit points, target will be unconscious and stable at -2 hit points, and is still a legal target for another rebuke death use, since he is still in negative hit points.
Basically, it gives you a minor healing ability that doesn't use up your spell slots.
Caveat: This ability is a touch range ability, not a ranged ability, so there will be times when stabilize, with its close range (25' + 5'/2 levels) will be a better option if you can't get to your target quickly enough. (Rogue unconscious and dying on the other side of an enemy tank, for instance, or a caster far enough back when you are stuck in melee.)
