Company Name: Paragons of Righteous Odium (PRO)
Alignment: True Neutral (we will accept a person of any alignment that adheres to our doctrine)
Role: Vigilantes
Who we are: We are a military styled organization that realizes evil comes in many forms, from pure chaotic evil to lawful good tyranny. PRO is, therefore, true neutral in order to deal with all threats to the peace.
PRO does not allow access to just any member. In order to maintain your status within the company you must show a commitment well beyond that of a casual player. You don't have to be the best PvPer when you join, but you have to be willing to put in the time and effort to get there.
Our roots date back all the way to the original sandbox MMO: Ultima Online. We allowed our characters to become red (evil / murderer) in order to deal with people who abused the alignment system in order to grief other players. We do not know what the future holds for similar issues in Pathfinder Online, but we will be prepared to do whatever is required to even the playing field for the little people.
What we do: As a military styled police force, we feel that it is our job to maintain peace and justice throughout the realms by means of force. Not everyone has the means to protect themselves. We shall step in when necessary.
This is not just a company that kills evil characters. We will go after murderers, thieves, and griefers of any alignment. It has been our experience that truly evil people hide behind anything they can to shield them from justice, and we are willing to accept the consequences of rooting out even the villains who mask themselves as good.
How we do it: We are anti-heroes. We will do whatever is necessary and use any means at our disposal to right wrongs. We are honorable, just, and refuse to cheat, but no legal tool is beyond our reach for bringing justice to a land full of outlaws.
What to expect when dealing with us: You can expect whatever treatment you deserve. We deal with both individuals and other companies on a case by case basis. If you are a griefer, you will be griefed. If you are friendly, you can expect kindness in return.
To apply: Please feel free to respond below, or send me a private message, expressing your interest in joining our company.

Hate to be a naysayer, but I thought we couldn't play TN (or have TN Settlements/companies) for the exact reason...the ability to play with every alignment (well, every but the corners)
If I am incorrect, Please correct me :)
(I couldn't find the post stating this or the opposite :S)
There was some confusion early on, but Ryan cleared it up.
You can totally have a NN Settlement. Your members will be NN, CN, LN, NG, AND NE. That sounds awesome to me!

A member sent me a private message asking me to expand, and I felt that the information might be useful to the general public. This was my response:
Justice is, generally speaking, whatever the community decides it is. Freedom is having the ability to do anything you want in life that doesn't DIRECTLY negatively affect others.
The way we achieve these is to kill and take gear and money of those who would do "evil" (as being defined by consistently negatively affecting other people) as punishment. Even possibly to the point of giving back excess (after paying for our equipment costs) to the innocents that it was taken from. The decision to return items would be up to each individual company member, though.
My last experience with the sandbox style that Goblinworks seems to be attempting was in Ultima Online. There the community made these decisions pretty easy. There were people that did evil for evil's sake, and they were our first targets. Then there were people that hid behind being good (ie killing everyone that was evil regardless of WHY they were evil), and those were our secondary targets. Other targets were purely politically motivated (usually through message board wars). I anticipate this community being very similar to that one, accounting for variances in rules mechanics, of course.

According to the post above you can have a TN nation. If, for some reason, that ends up untrue, we'll just switch to CN. I realize that it won't be the correct roleplaying alignment, but I anticipate most of us ending up evil because of having to murder non-evil people anyway.
I believe (and I apologize if I am wrong) that you mistyped nation for settlement. The post you mentioned mentioned true neutral *settlements* as being fine. As Nihimon mentioned, true neutral nations (groups of settlements) may or may not be fine (though a true neutral settlement should still be able to be part of a nation within one alignment step).

I haven't been able to find anywhere that all of this information was located in once place, and I've spent days reading blogs and messages trying to figure this crap out. I just patterned my post off of what others had been doing and posted it.
I'll be perfectly honest, if the alignment is off, I really don't care. The idea is out there and alignments are just an unnecessary hoop to jump through. I don't even know why they're going into the game. It's just one more thing that will end up being abused for some mechanical gain later on.

It's a subject that comes up repeatedly. The latest conversation's on-going in the Lack of Evil thread.
