I just thought I would ask the masses.
I am working on some Egyptian tomb pieces based on hirst arts molds that will be very similar to Dwarven Forge.
I am working on the prototypes now. The prices will be comparable to DF and multiple sets will be released over time.
I am making sure that everything in the Mummy's Mask will be incorporated into the pieces to the best degree possible.
My question is would you buy a Egyptian Themed Modular Dungeon (Tomb)??
The product will be called Mummy's Maze.
Have a look at the design process and let me know what you think.
Again these are just prototype designs and not actual game pieces yet.

Thanks Windspirit....
The first set to be released is almost completed. It will basically be enough pieces to cover the Ante Chamber and pit room in the first dungeon of the first book. It will be modular so you can use it with existing DF pieces or use the parts along with future sets to design your own rooms.
We have a targeting goal of release for the first set by this coming Friday. Hopefully.
The first set will include around 20 pieces of terrain and are shooting for a release price of $100 for the set.
Should have more information on exacts in the coming days.

I also have a secondary color scheme if you don't like the yellowish stained walls.
The new color scheme I call sugar and is a much cleaner color scheme.
Sugar Sand Color Scheme:
This color scheme has not been released to the public yet but is available exclusively to the readers of this forum. If you place a order and want the new Sugar Sand color scheme just message me.
Thanks,
Billy

Set 2 is now in the works. It will be another two room set. It will have two special inset walls with egyptian art inset into the wall.
The pieces have been cast and assembled. In the process of painting and sealing this week. Should be released by next Monday.
It will feature the new color scheme, although we will leave both schemes open to let the buyer choose which one they like better.
We are also modifying the sets to include 1/2" thick floors instead of the 1/4" floor with foam basing. The walls don't knock over as easy with the thick floor on the game table and the extra foam base will not be needed. However will still probably put 1mm felt or something on the bottom to keep the pieces from scuffing nice tables.
The sets are priced depending on the pieces included. The price point also depends on how many objects need different paint or specialty pieces that are in the set.
Here is another preview of the new paint scheme on a floor piece and a wall section..

Also as a bonus to Pazio followers that read this thread. If you would like to purchase a set direct from us without using eBay we can send you a invoice to pay via PayPal or credit card for the set and we will give you $25.00 off per set.
Just send me a private message here and let me know what set that you would like with a active email address to send the invoice to as well as the address it will be shipping to so I can figure the proper shipping charge. Also let me know which color scheme that you would like. The Antique Paint Scheme is the yellow with brown stain and the new lighter colored paint scheme is called Sugar Sand.
Sets are currently taking 7-10 days to build and ship. This time will go up as more and more orders come in.
Set one with discount would be $124.99 plus shipping.
I check messages daily.

@Fueldrop
Kickstarter already has WAY to many people using it as a glorified webstore. Kickstarter was created for unique and promising ideas but has turned into the "Hey lets sell some crap."
My Egyptian terrain is NOT unique. Anyone can build it if they would like to invest in some Hirst Arts Molds, Plaster and some paint and have plenty of time to work on it.
I am not trying to raise funds for anything. Certainly don't have goals of building a million of these sets. Actually I am building them for my upcoming Mummy's Mask campaign. But hey if I can sell a few hundred sets to offset my cost of materials and custom molds and time then it all works out. RV Silicone Rubber and HA Molds are not that cheap.
I simply am offering a service, where I have purchased the HA molds, made usable modular pieces of terrain from them, then made master molds of the completed pieces for casting. The sets are also fully hand painted by me.
So if that helps me out with material cost and helps some others out with usable terrain right out of the box for those that don't have the time or skill required to do it themselves.
So we will not be using kickstarter. I will leave that to the professionals.
We do make and sell terrain in our spare time year round however. Usually through eBay. We are a licensed Hirst Arts Distributor. We also plan to leave the sets offered up for sale for years into the future. We plan on making about 15-20 sets in all and then adding unique pieces to the selection over time.
I also didn't mean to come off the wrong way toward your question FuelDrop I just am not a fan of kickstarters to just sell stuff. And I got long winded. Lol
