The Channeled Revival feat has a prerequisite of "Channel energy 6d6 (positive energy)", which would normally imply that you have to be the equivalent of an 11th level cleric or better to qualify for that feat.
However, there is an item called a Phylactery of Positive Channeling that adds +2d6 to damage healed or inflicted by positive channeling.
Given that belts and headbands that boost ability scores can be used to qualify for feats, is there any reason that a 7th level cleric wearing a Phylactery of Positive Channeling would not qualify for this feat?

I am very aware of the issue of being dependent on the phylactery -- in particular, this cleric would not be able to trade it in for any stat boosting headband until 11th level if he wants to retain the use of that feat.
But I am pleasantly surprised at the unanimous responses on this one.
