I'm over 1000 votes since the cull, and there are still 23 listed I have not seen.

Yet I've seen one item (a bad one) 14 times. Another two items I've seen 12 times. One I've seen 11 times. Four I've seen 10 times. Eleven I have seen 9 times. And so on.

Of the +1000 votes, only 78 items have I seen 1 time.

PS, Do we know the Exact time of the cull? On Tuesday?

I saw my item five minutes after the cull, but seeing it on this list was still helpful.

I am amazed at the number of items on the list. I was honestly expecting more than that, but that is still a big number.

Your program suggests that there are two erroneous entries in the Google Drive database.

There is no item named "Coin of Purchased Friendship" (with no "The"), so that is a duplicate entry in the database. Likewise, there is no item named "Cloak of Misplaced Fear," likely a transcription error replacing "Coat" with "Cloak".

So it has been since Thursday and only 1 new item found. I'm currently at 541 of 551 items found personally.

This makes the case that 551 is the exact number of items in the database of submitted items post-cull.

The news that 20% was culled is somewhat consistent with the report that 666 items existed pre-cull. (80% of 666 is 532)

The only unknown is the exact time (hour/minutes) of the cull on Tuesday. If I knew the exact time, I could remove items from my database prior to that time.

well, as I said, I have seen it done before, not in this fashion and collaborative way, rather dome by a big voter doing a list by his own and feeding it to the public.

I've not spent enough time to dissect how many of my 30+ contributions were in the 84 votes to my local on the day of the cull before the time of the post of the cull.

So in those 84 votes, I can (with effort) determine which I have not seen since the post time. But I don't know whether or not to void them because I don't know the exact time of the cull.

So if you wouldn't mind, either give us a hint of the exact time of the cull or whether or not the answer is more or less. ;-)

When I made the rules and said "Only add items you will see from now on" it was meant to avoid this.

You should have put the items as you saw them instead of adding from a list that was both pre and after cull.

Do you realize that even if you were right a lot of people that slept peacefully, knowing that their item passed the cull, will now have constant nightmares until January 21?

The likely hood that anything is in those 84 votes that matters is so slim that no one should ever consider it an issue. But if you are concerned, I'll audit it and provide day by day confirmation. I'll write the script to do so tonight. I've got over 2000 votes now recorded in raw tcp packets format. So making new reports is pretty simple.

Well, before the revelation that some items on this list are from pre-cull, I was pretty happy. I have yet to see my own item (and my BF has also not it)... And I've trolled the rambles and praises pages, and found nothing that I could link to my item (other than lots of rambles about really terrible items).

I've been voting since the beginning, seen a few items that I absolutely hate over a dozen times each, and still have not seen my item. Either it isn't there, or I'm just very unlucky...

I didn't copy down a list of item names (only a handful of items) and my memory is not the greatest, but I counted 22 items that did not survive the culll or that were DQed.

I may not make Champion Voter, but at least I made a solid 3000+ run at it!

Today I added one more item that wasn't on the current list. Hopefully, that gives someone renewed hope.

Also, I'm pretty sure based on probability that a couple of the items in the list are either pre-Cull or an error and that the final list is (or is only slightly above) 502 items items. I had close to this number last week, but then we had a dump of pre-cull items that made things fun :)

Finally, just to verify the list, I've gathered the full text of each item since this weekend--well, at least 498 of them. Hopefully, I can get the last few before voting closes today or else I'll pick them up when they appear in the "Critique my Item" thread in a couple of weeks.

I can't say if there are more than 502 items, but assuming that each item had an equal (or near equal) chance to appear since the cull, 502 is the minimum. I have independently validated the 502 list more than once from my own list of votes.
