I apologize for incorrect specifics. I am guessing at some of this stuff.
Yeah, clearly superstar

What is with all the butterfly items?
The only wondrous quality about this entry is how it got accepted by the system in the first place. Sorry, I know it's harsh, but the author didn't read a single thing about the contest except where to put words in.

And there is the item that is thematically very similar to mine. Very well done too, with nice template skills, tight writing and solid mechanics.
Well done, whomever you are. May the best item win.
Monster in a can that was actually cool and almost got my vote... then they said "monster is unkillable".
Is this a match? It's nice, though...

You want almost 2 million gold for this thing? I am sorry to inform you that a whole creature type can bypass all those barriers you set up, just by being that creature type. But hey, at least it is a really expensive item!
(P.S.: Also, why would anyone ever spend 2 million for something other than high-quality booze and an extraplanar harem? Just kidding.)
Rngs are wondrous items too!
Okay that's a bit too anachronistic even for my tastes. And that's saying something.
Well, that's two items so far that require you to pluck eyeballs from creatures you've killed (or even ones that are still alive!)
Lousy formatting versus SIAC.
Ooh finally some new stuff again!

If I could afford that item, I wouldn't still be a farmer.
A billowing cape is to die for
Wonderous, can't vote for that

This is rougher than I thought it would be.
complete item versus incomplete item
Utterly silly name vs. item "inspired" by EQ2... hm.

You are not Terry Pratchett. You do not get to write silly asides in your statblock.
Two nice items, one misused "it's." Tie broken!

What is with all these items made from troll parts?
I like the movie Face Off as well
Aw, your item's name rhymes; how cute! *Downvote*

Yes, why not make up your own template, the one provided wasn't any good anyways

Belt, Bladed
Personally if the item requires wish you don't really need all the other spells too! Or is that just me?
Hmmm...which item based on two different popular collectible card games do I vote for?
Somebody really liked the "haste and certain other spells lessen the user's lifespan" rule in older editions.
WoW inspired item vs. anachronistic joke item.

First pairing of Day 2 for me was pretty good (including a word I had to look up, which I actually like). I love when it's difficult to choose which is better instead of which is less bad.

What is an "honor score"?
Why would I possibly want this item? Because, while not very useful and quite expensive, it's not the other item. Wow, over-the-top with the gross there.
Orthos wrote: Somebody really liked the "haste and certain other spells lessen the user's lifespan" rule in older editions. I've seen a couple of items that defeat backstabbing too.
DM NOTE:
Providing this item to your players at the lowest level for the allotment of it's wealth value ensures that each wielder of the item keeps record of the creatures they've studied and slain. Better documenting their campaign for the party and DM.
Oh, thank you for creating an advice item
