I find it inconsistent that the Vortex and Solar dragon are Immune fire and vulnerable cold, while the lunar, time and void dragons are simply immune to cold (no complimentary vulnerability). There was a legacy carry-over from 3.5e that said creatures immune to one energy type are vulnerable to it's opposite. SKR indicated that he intended to see that removed via errata. It's unclear if the vulnerabilities of these dragons are deliberately included, or a legacy bit of code that didn't get fixed.

According to the lycanthrope entry in bestiary 1:
Size and Type: The creature (referred to hereafter as the base creature) gains the shapechanger subtype. The lycanthrope takes on the characteristics of some type of animal (referred to hereafter as the base animal) within one size category of the base creature’s size. A lycanthrope’s hybrid form is the same size as the base animal or the base creature, whichever is larger.
If this is still true, then the sizes of the Werebat pg. 188, Werecrocodile pg. 189, Wereshark pg. 190 in hybrid form are wrong. They should be large, not medium according to the previous text. Also, if this is true, then all the corresponding numbers in the stat blocks should be adjusted to the new size modifiers.
This is also true of the bestiary 2 entries of the lycantropes based on large creatures.

The solar and vortex dragons have the (fire) subtype, which automatically gives them immunity to fire and vulnerability to cold.
The lunar, time, and void dragons do not have the (cold) or (fire) subtype, therefore they do not automatically get vulnerability to the opposing energy type.
In other words, there is a difference between "this creature has immunity to fire as a special ability" and "this creature has the fire subtype, which gives it immunity to fire as a special ability as well as vulnerability to cold."
In other words, this is not an inconsistency in the outer dragons in this book.

p. 148 Hamadryad - she has the Mounted Combat feat, but there's no mention of her having a mount in the description or organization (unless she rides one of the centaurs I guess). Not that she can't have this feat, but if so, is there a typical mount she normally has which should be either in the descriptive text, organization, or even treasure?
Also, Languages lists tongues but that is not listed as a constant spell-like ability. Where is that coming from?

p. 200 Necrocraft - It seems like a whole table is missing that describes how to create one of these. In addition to the table that tells what their HD, CP CR and number of undead required are, what would it's ability scores be, base attacks (since CPs can be spent to grant extra attacks, I assume it starts with at least one), natural armor, etc.

p. 208 Oceanid - For the Waveglide ability - since it can be used on vessels like ships, how to they make the DC 19 Will saving throw? Does the captain make it, the navigator, the person on the ship with the highest will save, or should the captain or navigator make a Profession (sailor) check instead (possibly at a higher DC since skill checks are easier than saving throws).

a friend of mine has a theory on this:
"It's worse than just a strange "14" in the middle of nowhere. I think the intended line is:
Bite +8 (1d8+3), 4 tentacles +14 (1d6+7 plus mind lash)
Why, you ask? My reasoning:
This guy's primary attacks should be +13 (7 BAB +7 StrMod -1 SizeMod). His secondary attacks ought to be +8. Since he has Weapon Focus (Tentacles), it ought to be either +9 or +14. It is neither. I find it most likely that the tentacles ought to be primary weapons because they can rend, have the mind lash power on them, and have weapon focus. Pretty lousy choice for a secondary attack.
However, the only things we can say for certain is that the "14" doesn't belong there, the tentacle isn't adjusting for its Weapon Focus, and the bite is doing damage as if it is primary, even though it appears to have a secondary to-hit penalty."

p. 229 Saguaroi - does Needle hide ability affect creatures that attack with a manufactured weapon? It first says "Any creature attacking with a natural attack or unarmed strike takes 1d4 points of piercing damage" and then in parentheses says "manufactured weapons with the reach special feature do not endanger the user this way". How would reach matter if manufactured weapons don't trigger the damage in the first place. Either they should be listed in what triggers this defense, or the comment about reach not doing so should be removed.

p. 247 Snallygaster - Is the bite normally a x3 critical multiplier (normally there's a special ability that monsters have to make their critical multiplier higher like this). If so, then shouldn't the Aerial Charge ability be for double damage or quadruple on a critical hit, since the bite already does triple damage on a critical hit all the time? Alternatively, the bit should have a normal critical multiplier of x2, and only is x3 on a aerial charge.

p. 285 Ypotryll - space is listed as 10 and reach is listed as 15 (15 with tail slap). For a Huge quadruped, it's size should be 15 and its space should be 10 and that makes the 15 feet with tail actually different from the base.
Also, in the descriptive text, there's a typo: "can rip apart a drawbridge or even the crash through a keep's walls"
"The" should be removed.
