I discovered today that the amount of regeneration for Pazuzu Demon Lords isn't listed. I found this via the PRD but apparently it's not listed in the books either. The other demon lords on the PRD page have a regeneration of 30.

Pg. 41 - Contemplative
This creature first appeared (as far as I can tell) in Campaign Setting: Distant Worlds. Comparing the two stat blocks, in DW, it could use its telekinesis spell-like ability 3 times per day, but in Bestiary 4 this was changed to once per day. It's uncertain if this was intentional or not.

Page 263 & 311, Giant Tortise and Giant Tortise Companion
Giant Tortise animal companion lacks the Slow and Steady (ex) ability, while the Monster entry has it. With a base speed of 10ft, this seems like an accidental omission.
Issues arrive in game in common ciricumstances, as a Giant Tortise in armor or with medium encumberance has only 5ft of speed (3/4th speed, rounded down to nearest 5ft increment is 5ft), which makes them unable to advance through difficult terrain (can't make 5ft steps with a base speed of only 5ft), move half speed while using stealth, and on swim checks. I understand the idea of the Tortise being slow, but without "Slow and Steady (ex)," the speed excessively is slow.

In another thread, someone pointed out that 10ft base speeds, can't actually be reduced by armor or encumberance.
So, "Slow and Steady (Ex)" doesn't do anything for the Giant Tortise's Monster entry.
Question remains valid, as it's unclear why one entry has "slow and steady (ex)" and the other entry lacks it.

Pg. 311 - Dimorphodon animal companions
Was this animal companion really supposed to start with a fly speed of 80 ft. (clumsy)? The actual dimorphodon has a fly speed of only 30 feet (average), nearly a third of what's listed here. This set of animal companion stats also differs wildly from those first printed on page 83 of the adventure path Serpent's Skull: Souls for Smuggler's Shiv.

Pg. 205 - Nightmare Lords
Nightmare lords are more powerful versions of creatures with the nightmare creature template applied. Nightmare lords have all of the abilities that nightmare creatures have, plus more, but don't mention how the base creature's CR changes. If a normal nightmare creature increases the base creature's CR by +1, a nightmare lord should increase it by +2 or +3, judging by the extra stuff it gets, but it's hard to say for sure.
So according to Pathfinder Module: The House on Hook Street, the character Nahum is a nightmare lord human, and according to his stat block the CR does not increase any further beyond the +1 that the regular nightmare creature template adds.
