Spell-less ways to self buff

Advice

Trying to compose a list of the various ways to self buff without spells... using Ex, Su, or Spell-Like Abilities from race, trait, feat, or class (not really looking at items for this exercise)...

Alchemist's Mutagens

A few bard archetypes (archaeologist, the two dervishes) will self buff in place of inspire courage

Barbarian Rage

Plant/Growth domain power to enlarge self

Druid's Wildshape

Living Monolith's enlarge

...I am sure (or, at least I hope) there are many many more I am missing. What are some other ways?

Do potions count? :)

I think you're looking at a good half of the rulebooks.

From the CRB/Sorcerer - Destined Bloodline: touch to grant +1/every 2 levels of Sorcerer on attack rolls, skill/ability checks, saves

Animal Companions trained in the Aid Other action.

There is also the sorcerer's Orc bloodline which has Touch of Rage and a permanent enhancement bonus to strength...

No, even though that is spell-less, I did say I was avoiding items for now. And potions are items.

Quite possibly. It would be nice to have a mini guide of sorts, though. :)

Some things that come to mind are

  • Crane Style, Crane Wing, and Crane Riposte are some nice buffs, along with plain fight defensive (which is less attractive).
  • Does Arcane Strike feat count? Because that's a non-spell damage buff
  • Monk's Ki pool expenditure for extra AC, Attacks, and Speed is SU, not SP or spells, and the Martial Artist (archetype) ability Exploit Weakness (which is a nice buff for a monk) is EX.
  • Ninja Ki Pool and tricks that rely on it isn't a spell.
  • Smite and (I think) Judgement for Paladin and Inquisitor respectively are great SU buffs. And inquisitors have Bane as well.
  • Any hex buffs are SU.
  • Magus's Arcane Pool power to give a +x enhancement bonus is nice.

Rogue gets Major Magic for a 1st level spell as a SLA.
Witch (and Hexcrafter) get Spell Hex to gain SLAs.
Assorted traits give SLAs of buff like stuff, but I would need to look in the Trait guide for specifics.
There is also a Race guide for alternate racial traits.
Rogue & Ninja tricks have some nice stuff.
