Long title, but here are my thoughts. What if you allowed archetype swapped abilities to count as their replaced abilities for prereqs? A further stipulation is that abilities that replace multiple abilities only count as said abilities at the appropriate levels. For example, abilities that swap out still mind still count as such for prereqs.

I think it depends on theme and intent of the prereq.
If the ability being replaced fits the theme of the prereq, but the replacement ability does not, then there isn't the equivalency.
However, if the prereq is there mainly to be "You must be X level in the class that grants this ability" or if both fit the theme, then replacement equivalency makes sense.

Off the top of my head i wanted an ancient dwarven leader npc who strived for order and justice in the underground dwarven cities. He serves as both a commander and a monastery leader. With this his stonestrike(or whatever its called) still counts as smite evil for him to qualify for the champion of iori(rename tbd). In addation, under this, his COI now advances his sensei flurry of blows replacement abilify since it counts as such. Thats just what i thought of while doing my workout.
