Hello everyone,

If you live in Indiana and play PFS I would like you to list here where you play at.

If you live near Indianapolis you can find our new warhorn.

Central Indiana Warhorn.

We are aiming to cross over to the new Version on the First.

In the past couple month we have had a Southern and Northern Warhorn.

Leslie has one already set up for the Northern Region

Mike has one set up for Laffeyette

Mr. Chapman has one for the Southern Region.

So if you can list areas you play in and if you would like someone to figure out how to list your games on warhorn.

Sound Off!!!

I'll add to the northern warhorn if people inform me. Can't list what I don't know.

Northern Indiana Warhorn

We are pretty conveniently located by major highways and we have people coming from as far away as the Southwest Suburbs at times.

I'm in South Bend and play with the group that meets at Griffon every other Saturday at 10am.

I think we're still on the old Northern Indiana warhorn.

I'm working on adding your locations to the Warhorn.

I do not know if this is the appropriate place, but I now want to run a nonPFS game at Game Time Indy. This is likely to be a Mythic Numeria game of my own creation.

I would contact Game Time directly. I know they have several Non PFS games going on through the week.

Also many of the stores listed on our warhorn also have campaigns running through the week.

Chris, Brian D. Mooney posted this in another thread last week.

I'm also happy to announce PFS starting at another Venue.

There will PFS every other Tuesday evening starting around 6pm at Mr. Sweet's Games & Candy in Hobart IN.

A few people met this week for character creation and the first session will be Tuesday September 30th.

I live in Illinois, in the Chicago area, so it's not that far a trek to hit things in northwest Indiana. Unfortunately, you guys seem to only have week night stuff announced around here that I've seen. If you ever do things on weekends, be sure to post on the forums, and maybe I can come and visit.

Fromper, I am sure that we will be glad to do so.

Hello,
As William mentioned, we are now hosting Pathfinder Society at Mr Sweet's Game and Candy in Hobart, IN. We have a few new players, and haven't started any missions yet, due to creating new characters for new players. However, next week, October 14th, we should be able to play our first game with this group. I am planning on running Confirmation for the new players to help introduce them to the system.

In summary, the plan is to meet every other Tuesday, starting at 6pm. If you need more information, feel free to contact me.

Attention Pathfinders:

I am stepping down as Venture Captain, it has been really exciting to see our local PFS community grow. When I started playing PFS there was one store running PFS every other week. Currently we host PFS at 8 stores near Indianapolis.

If you need anything consider Mark Stratton your acting VC.

Also if you haven't done so yet, please consider GM'ing.

Thanks for the fun times, I plan on being at some PFS tables.

Chris

Chris, it's been a great year and a half working with, and for, you! Look forward to being able to "just play" games with you sometimes now, maybe? :)

Sorry to see you go Chris, but hope to still see you around the tables!

I haven't played in PFS since late October of 2012 and was wondering what the situation is now for PFS in Central Indiana and in and around Bloomington. I have volunteered to help out at Gen Con later this year and I want to get refreshed on Society play.

Either PM Mike Bramnik above (as he's Bloomington's VC) or look for their Facebook page (Pathfinder Society of Bloomington) IIRC, would be a good starting point.

They have 2 or 3 game days a week, but from the sounds of it sign ups go fast when they open up. Most playing seems to happen at Common Room Games, though they're starting to have some happen at the IU Union it sounds like.

Just want to point out this gameday which is a couple weeks away in Brownsburg, IN, on March 14th.
Hope to see some of you there!

This is the first year for a new convention in the Indianapolis area (West Side!). We are focusing on running PFS-sanctioned modules during this one-day convention. Among the modules in the line-up:

From Shore to Sea (lvl 5-7)
The Harrowing (lvl 8-10)

Along with these scenarios:

6-04 "Beacon Below" (lvl 7-11)
6-05 "Slave Ships of Absalom" (lvl 1-5)
6-06 "Hall of the Flesh Eaters" (lvl 1-5)
6-07 "Vally of Veiled Flame" (lvl 5-9)
6-11 "The Slave Master's Mirror" (lvl 3-7)

Fellow Pathfinders in the Hoosier state:

Does anyone here live on the southside of Indy, or in or around Greenwood, or somewhere in that vicinity? I am looking at expanding PFS play in or around that area, but want to see if there would be a player and GM base to support it.

Thanks!

Dark Archive

It all depends on the days available. I used to drive near an hour to play at the Arsenal on the weekends before it closed.

Horizon Hunters 4/5 5/5 *** Venture-Lieutenant, Indiana—Indianapolis

My guess, Drago, is it would probably be the weekends (Saturday or Sunday?) We had tried weeknight PFS in the past, but it burned people out. And, I still need to reach out to the store, but I wanted to gauge interest first.

If the store only has weeknights available, and there is interest from players and GMs, we would certainly look at that.

Did you have a preference for time/day?

Dark Archive

I used to do a morning and night slot on Saturdays and Sundays at Arsenal. I have drove over an hour to play at Saltire on Friday nights. before too. I would probably be able to make it to afternoon slots on Saturday and Sunday a few times a month, depending on my work schedule.

Horizon Hunters 4/5 5/5 *** Venture-Lieutenant, Indiana—Indianapolis

Thanks, Drago! I'll keep that info handy. Stay tuned!

I'm in the Greenwood area. Saturdays work best for me, but Friday nights might work too.

It would be nice to see something a bit closer than GameTime.

Well, Hero's Emporium is also a little closer than GameTime. :D But, I have to believe we have more than a few people on the south side/Greenwood/Franklin area that could support something closer to them.
