Oracle revelations

Advice

Grand Lodge

Is there any way to get extra revelations that aren't part of the mystery you've chosen? I read through the oracle guide and it suggests you can with the dual cursed oracle, but it looks fuzzy to me and I couldn't find any opinions on it.

As far as I know there are no options that let you gain a Revelation outside of your Mystery. Could you link the Oracle Guide and point out the part in question?

Grand Lodge

Oracle guide it's down at the bottom under the archetype section

The Exchange

Are you asking as a player, or as a GM? Because as a GM I can visualize setting up a Campaign Trait that would grant specific one-time access to a particular other revelation...

Grand Lodge

Asking as a player. As a GM, I'd do the same thing of allowing a trait or feat to get a revelation from a different mystery. Specifically as a PFS player.

By RAW no. By RAI no.

Mystery:

Mystery: Each oracle draws upon a divine mystery to grant her spells and powers. This mystery also grants additional class skills and other special abilities. This mystery can represent a devotion to one ideal...

Dual Curse gives you two curses, not two Mysteries. The best reason to take Dual Curse is to get access to the "misfortune" revelation, a real game changer.

Depends upon how you want to read the ring of revelation.

The oracle must have the appropriate mystery to use the ring

...Clear enough. What did you have in mind?

Scarab Sages

Use Magic Device to emulate a class feature. You're an Oracle anyway you just have to emulate having that particular mystery. Should be fine.
