I think it could be useful to get an idea of how many EE backers are reading these forums. There are a handful of folks who post on many threads every day, but it would be good to see who's out there on the 'lurker' end of the spectrum too.
If you visit this forum at least once a week, chime in with your name and any player organization (guild, CC, settlement, etc.) affiliation you have. If you like, add a short comment about your thoughts on what's been going on in the game and community development recently.
Let's make this a recurring thing; come back and post again anywhere from once a week to once a month, preferably on a Wednesday as that's likely the day with the most visitors & visibility. This should make it so we can all look over the posts from recent weeks to get an idea of the overall size of the community, including those who do more reading than posting.
Let's also try to keep this thread to introductions & 'roll call' entries, So it doesn't get cluttered with responses to comments, recruiting, etc.

Here's my entry for this week:
Hey, I'm Keovar, a member of Pax Aeternum.
Recently I've been wondering how many of those who pledged to the Kickstarters are staying engaged with the developing game and community.

I'm a member of The Seventh Veil, and I try to keep a daily eye on the conversations here. This is one of the least-poisonous, most-cooperative game-boards I've ever been on, and I sincerely hope we can find ways to keep it that way.
I'm also a member of Goblin Squad over on Darkfall. We're following Ryan's suggestion for us to play together in another heavy-PVP game, to get used to cooperating and trusting one another, learning to operate as a group.
I'm hoping to use my experience there, along with other sources of inspiration, to get ideas for our crowd-forging before and during Early Enrollment.

Deepforge Company here. I don't post every day but have been posting frequently due to the current effort in our Goblin Squad clan. Still waiting for the "Fulfillment System" so I can get official. I won't make it to the first month, which is fine.
I normally read up at least every other day, and when I am on vacation I'll post to get my gaming fix, as I can't play anything.

I am a Steward of The Seventh Veil.
At the moment, I mostly focus on being welcoming to new members, and providing useful information. See Community Greetings! -- Guild Recruitment & Helpful Links.

I'm Grand Master of The Empyrean Order and I follow the forums fairly regularly. I'm involved in the community group on Darkfall as well.

One quick thread-derail because Nihimon's modesty won't allow him to tell you: our name for his compendium-of-all-useful-knowledge is the Nihimonicon. Back to our regularly-scheduled thread.

Hey I'm Lord Sepherum, Slayer of the Felldrake Manybeers. I post pretty often and check the messageboards a few times daily. I'd like my main 'roles' to be a Monk/Cleric and some kind of arcane caster for my DT. I like 80's music and I collect horsehead bookends. If you've read this far you're a bozo.

Charlie George, Member of Aeternum (Pax Gaming) I post sometimes, lurk others.

Bluddwolf, Master of The UnNamed Company; Member of the Outlaw Council of PFO.
I am an unapologetic bandit. I want to steal your stuff. I hope to be able to convince you to just hand over a portion of it, but I'll kill you for more, if I have to.
I'm looking forward to exploring all aspects of PFO, but my main focus will be on PVP.

Tigari, Member of The Order of the Bloody Hand. I'm on here daily, but maybe only post once or twice a week.

They're player guilds, of differing types and descriptions. You can find a list of many in the Land Rush sticky at the top of the forum, or look into the various threads containing the names.
A one-stop-shop is available in the (click on the next word) Nihimonicon, along with many other items of interest collected by our librarian/archivist.

Oh, are we supposed to include how often we post?
*grins*
My first post was on January 5th, 2012, and this will be my 6,513th post, for an average of over 10 posts per day for over 18 months.
I read almost everything and post a lot.
Yes, you are more than twice the poster child that I am <g>.

Lifedragn of The Empyrean Order. Frequent lurker, but prone to bursts of posting activity that last from a few hours to a couple days before I return to contemplation.
Crimson Wing is a multi-gaming guild led by a fellow named Blood Eagle. I met up with them back in... some game before Secret World... I think it may have been Star Wars TOR. A few members contributed in the PFO Kickstarter after Blood Eagle pointed us toward it in his blogcast (Link Dead Gaming).
Crimson Wing is currently setting up to play the new Final Fantasy. I am unsure whether I will join them there or not.

My forum handle is Ace-of-Spades and I'm a semi-regular lurker here and sometimes poster.
I've been an on again-off again role player on a hardcore D&D Neverwinter Nights server for the better part of the last decade. That being said the philosophy behind PFO and the open sandbox world has me enthralled. I was a last minute Kickstarter backer.
I have no affiliations as of yet, but I plan to get involved with a mercenary type guild (which may have something to do with reading so much Glen Cook lately.)

Deianira Sunstorm here, also known as Dei or D if that's easier to type. I'm a member of Pax Aeternum and have a particular - some might say rabid - interest in RP. I check the forums here most days but my posting frequency is highly dependent on both the dreaded Real Life, and the sorts of conversations going on here - the more technical it is, the less likely I am to post.

George Velez, future leader of the VC The Lightbringer Company, read every day, post when I can.
Taking advantage of the lull of blog post to catch up on my reading, concerned about the pointless bickering among some very passionate but strong headed faction leaders/posters, keeping quite as there is still to much information about the game that is missing/unknown, and looking forward to participating in the creation of a positive and productive PFO community. :)

Oberyn Corvus, recent member of TSV and been on the boards for a while now. Unfortunately I missed the Kickstarter (still not sure how) but fully intend to jump on the bandwagon once they open it up again. Just started Darkfall to engage with the community in that exercise, but am having some difficulties with the game (dunno if its my setup or the connection), so some troubleshooting is required before I step out into the big bad world :P. Been playing RPGs (PnP and PC) for many many years now, and I thoroughly enjoy the world-building aspect of it in addition to playing.

Poster since just after Kickstarter ended, and waiting for the Fulfillment period so I can become an official Goblin Squader. Hardin will likely not ever appear in PFO as a character. Currently my main will be Fanndis Goldbraid, female Dwarf Cleric of Torag, and ambassador of the Deepforge Company, a gathering of Dwarves and Dwarf Friends and masters of stone and iron.

Aleron of the Empyrean Order. Frequently lurking, watching, and learning even if not speaking.

Lam,
mostly I lurk. Not sure where my character would go. Cleric, enchanter, crafter (Is rogue a better selection than expert to be a crafter?).
My best P&P was a (thief/cleric). Get donations and do what was needed.
Limited online RGP, but some experience in PvP at kingdom level, e.g. evony and one before that (I forget), for about 18 monthe. I will agree that there is need for a core group that can coordinate. My skill was scouting.

If you bought the game through Steam try accessing the game directly without going through Steam. This has, from what I have heard, resolved the problems others were having.
Thanks for the advice Being. I can log in, but once in controls are rather non-responsive, to the point where aiming a bow at a target five paces away is an exercise in frustration. Probably something to do with my machine and might be solved by turning all graphics details down. Ill have to tinker with it later.
