Okay essentially I want to re-create and reflavor a character who under particular duress, transforms his body level by level until finally hitting an almost full on demonic transformation much like Ichigo in his Hollow form from the Bleach series. Normally I was looking at a gestalt Bladebound Kensai/Synthesist but my group doesn't play with gestalts so now that leaves me with standard leveling and all I have to go on is possibly a Kensai with enough CHA to justify Eldritch Heritage. Any ideas for recreating a Hollow esque transformation in Pathfinder without gimping combat capabilities and keeping Shinigami flavor??

go with eldritch heritage abyssal for demonic powers and for the scaling str increase and other kooky powers, play a kensai bladebound (free scaling intelligent talking sword, yes the two archetypes stack) magus.
although it's going to be very hard to run being a tiefling/aasimar/human/elf all at the same time past your GM (seriously, ichigo is basically kung-fu action jesus at this point).
grab the dimensional dervish/agility/savant feat line when you can and use dimension door and blade dash to go full bankai.
explanation: dimensional dervish (free quickened DD) to full attack everyone in range, then as part of spell combat (i.e. that full attack) use bladed dash at the end of the full attack to rush somewhere else and hit a guy another time--with greater bladed dash you can hit EVERYONE in a line again as you go. it's kinda nuts.

Play a straight Bladebound Kensai and then use the Monstrous Physique and/or Undead Anatomy line of spells when under duress. Reflavor into Hollow-ness instead of monster-ness.
Quick, dirty, requires no multiclassing (and therefore possible loss of effectiveness). Play a Tiefling if you want the demonic flavor to be always on, or a Samsaran if you want to grab some more self Polymorph spells from other lists.
