Feat:
DAMPEN PRESENCE
Your habitual stillness makes you difficult to perceive for
creatures that use blindsight or blindsense.
Prerequisites: Skill Focus ( Stealth) , Stealth 5 ranks.
Benefit: You may use the Stealth skill to hide from
any creature attempting to perceive you using blindsight
or blindsense, even if you are clearly in that creature's
perceptual field. This feat does not confer any advantages
against other forms of perception, such as scent, vision,
or tremorsense.

Yeah very much so in fact. At least thats how I see it.Indispensable for every stealth focused character.
Stealth,at higher levels, is kinda useless because of those two senses.
With this? Nigh undefeatable.
Almost every high level enemy has blindsight, blindsense, devil's sight, true sight, or tremorsense. It's a shame it only counters some of the normally uncounterable senses.
Actually, the real shame is that it's not a built in function of a high level stealth skill.
The big question I have is how this interacts with invisibility.
It was called Darkstalker when WotC published it in Lords of Madness, and it wasn't out of line back then either. It's a feat tax for stealth to interact meaningfully with high level monsters.
