Character notoriety / popularity / fame

Advice

I just wanted to know if there is somewhere printed for pathfinder, about fame/notoriety and the sort based on your level. Like what does each level mean in how well known you are, or at least your reputation precedes you, if trying to stay not well known.

In the NPC codex, around level 10 characters would get epithets, or nicknames, or some notoriety for their adventures deeds or misdeeds.

Is there somewhere where the information can be found out? Or is it just common knowledge?

I'm trying to use this to help create backstory for a few characters before they make an introduction into the group for when I replace my character, whenever that is.

Nothing?

Maybe you are looking for this?

It says, "A system for turning characters’ fame and prestige into valuable in-game rewards."

Try a look at the "Skulls and Shackles" AP, "The Wormwood Mutinity", pages 60-67, The Life of a Pirate: Infamy and Disrepute.

The field guide only shows you how to take your reputation and get a bonus to stuff. I want a list, or something that can show your rough reputation or rank in a society or the sort, that's based on level.

Much to the effect of how they say that at level 10 youve made a name for yourself, and by 15 well known in most places, and 20 is roughly "why haven't you enslaved the world yet" power levels/fame.

I would calculate each characters leadership score and look at the diplomacy chart to get a rough estimate of how each character receives beneficial treatment. It's rough, but it could work. Just don't give them a cohort without taking the feat, and give them a +2 bonus to this scale if they do take it.

Similar to what I was looking for, this can work for a campaign I plan on doing some time later.

It is close to how complete champion from 3.5 did their faction/society/church affiliations, just without all that penalty/bunts stuff.

Heck, even if it's 3e stuff, just anything that can show when, or how, besides making it up during adventuring players can get honorifics, epithets, fame, notoriety, hierarchy ranking, anything of that sort.
