Ways to temporarily change a Cleric's Aura?

Rules Questions

Sovereign Court

Is there any way for a Cleric to alter their aura to match a different combination of alignments than their deity? Seems a long shot, but someone may know of something.

Actually change it, or merely make it detect differently?

If you just want to avoid detection, use the spells Undetectable Alignment or Misdirection.

Sovereign Court

I was thinking change so you could open up additional sacred summons options.

Sovereign Court

All I found was Undetectable Alignment.

I don't know of a spell that does what you're asking; it might be a good candidate for a new spell. Clerics of Trickery take note!

Sovereign Court

If you RP that the quicker summoning time comes from the fact that Outsiders of the same aura alignment are drawn to you, and thus come more quickly, then you could possible trick Outsiders into thinking you are of their alignment subtypes.

Clerics match their Deity's aura. Changing it in order to get more out of the spells granted by said-same Deity is a good way to fall from grace.

I think the only RAW way would be to take 2 levels of Inquisitor (Infiltrator) for the Forbidden Lore class feature.

And they can detect as any alignment they want for a day.

Sovereign Court

Depends on the deity. I can think of few of both Good and Evil alignments that would find it amusing that their followers tricked an Angel or a Devil to do their bidding.

Detecting as another alignment does not mean being another alignment. What you are trying to do is in houserule territory.

But, for another way of changing your (detectable) alignment: Infernal Healing.
