About Vendle
Vendle is an encyclopedia of magic spells. He believes strongly in chance but always prepares for danger. He travels carrying a king's ransom in magical defenses and items.
Vendle was originally modeled on Harkle Harple of a series of Drizz't novels, but evolved through a few years of online roleplay.
His player prefers him as an avatar because, as an online character, he has little chance of dying off.
Vendle's player has been playing Dungeons and Dragons for about 25 of his 31 years, and owes much to the game for his literacy and math skills as well as breaking out of his social shell and meeting his wife, Jennifer. The player goes by the nickname 'Milo' straight out of the suggested halfling names when the 3.0 PHB came out. His wife still calls him Milo, too.
Milo is a caucasian American from the midwest, raised with old-fashioned and conservative values. He works for the Air Force for the employment opportunity, and rarely gets to game as much as he would like to thanks to a busy schedule.
