"True, true..."

Sovereign Court

I believe the proper term would be bigot. Because of my height. How would a "super color spray" affect vampires? Are they gnomish vampires and enjoy the light show? I'd venture a sunburst would be more applicable. Searing light if you could manage. Wall of fire is also nice and good with sticks and marshmellows.

Sczarni

Because I am a MASTER color sprayer not an rookie tall wizard that dabbles in color spray. I have these blackened feeble arms * as he waves his blacked frail arms* and haunted by the heavens to make my color spray masterfullically. Then I studied the religions you talls have so I could find out how to color spray the re-dead. I color sprayed a master vampire after his woman branded me.

Gyros scar-y face *as his gets a gnome raspberry* is not a big-anything. He is a small little tall.

ooc:

OOC:
He is a dual cursed oracle with:

Awesome Display (Su): Your phantasmagoric displays accurately model the mysteries of the night sky, dumbfounding all who behold them. Each creature affected by your illusion (pattern) spells is treated as if its total number of Hit Dice were equal to its number of Hit Dice minus your Charisma modifier (if positive).

then this feat:

Threnodic Spell (Metamagic)
You can convert mind-affecting magic to necromantic power capable of controlling undead.

Prerequisites: Knowledge (religion) 6 ranks, Spell Focus (necromancy).

Benefit: This feat only works on mind-affecting spells. A threnodic spell affects undead creatures (even mindless undead) as if they weren't immune to mind-affecting effects, but has no effect on living creatures. A threnodic spell uses up a spell slot two level higher than the spell's actual level.

Normal: Undead are immune to mind-affecting effects

I can get the DC up to 24 and cause one person to make the save 3 times, others in the blast 2 times while thier effective level is 9 lower.

Grand Lodge

OOC: CRAP!!!

"Small? Most of my compatriots are shorter than me!" He rubs his elvish ears. "Pure blooded half elf. No one believes me for some reason."

Sovereign Court

A half human with pure blood wouldn't be half human...smirk.

Sczarni

*Still glaring from the highly overinterpreted slight*

...the tallerest you are the harderest you will fall...

Grand Lodge

"Me dad was a half elf, me mum was a half elf. I have a brother too, but we don't talk much."

Sczarni

Why not just take the half elf from both parents and be full elf?

Grand Lodge

"You don't get a choice in the matter."

Sczarni

Well I know "I" do not get a choice in the matter. I thought maybe you would choose the more awesome and fey like side, but if you wanna be a half fey awesomish tall that is your choice.

Grand Lodge

"Half...fey? Like how gnomes supposedly fled from the First World during the Age of Darkness?"

Sczarni

What? Fled! What! No! Us gnome are not flee-ers, we are flee-fromers. We did not flee from any world. We are brave adventurererers. That's why the December-ravers recruit us to help them as pathsearchers. In fact if we do not do find new things we turn white and die, it is sad. We came to this world to explore strange new worlds, to seek out new life and new civilizations, to boldly go where no man has gone before.

"Err, Pointy, I think you may mean ...'where no GNOME has gone before'. Its a common mistake.
Also, I have been in the company of many gnomes, both surface and the long lost cousins, svirfneblin (please excuse my pronunciation). And have yet to find one lacking in courage, stature yes. By not in courage.
Elves on the other hand I will not speak about. After the Age of Darkness debacle. Leaving this world then comming back and having the nerve to fight off mankind to take back what they ran away from.
The mere thought of it gets me a bit rather .... upset !"
*One can notice that as he speaks his form shimmers a bit*
"Please excuse my ranting, I get a bit passionate about certain subjects."

Sovereign Court

Sorry that history escapes me, I have not been to Kyonin and was not of the returning elves. Maybe I'll head over there sometime to find out what that life is like.

My background is Taldan..if you didn't guess. I hail from parents taken hostage and held without their consent. Escaping bondage wasn't easy, but it wasn't the hardest task I've accomplished.

Not that I wouldn't leave a doomed place, I just wasn't one given that choice. I don't see much nobility in a futile stand. Retreat, Recover, Return, and Revenge....its a simple life.

Grand Lodge

"A wide man then."

Sovereign Court

"Well, since half-elves seems to be the order of the day..."
A beautiful woman with dark blue hair and the latest in taldan fashion dances onto the stage. Though a half-elf, it is hard to tell if her human heritage is taldan or kellid. Her accent and style of dance though, are definatively Brevoyan.

"Really though, you could have saved yourself a lot of trouble by setting this up at my dance hall. You really must stop by it some time.

Sczarni

"Why I am a wonderifical dancer as well. Care to stoll the hall in a dance?" The particularly little gnome says as he offers a tiny shrivelled blackened hand to Zavorokhina with a large smile on his face.

"Anywhere can be a dance hall if you gots the right moves."

Grand Lodge

*Gestures to Righty and Grey* "This should be interesting."

Sovereign Court

"But of course..."

Zavo takes the gnome's hand and starts a new dance. "Sadly, few of the dances of my people involve exactly two people. But as we are here for Taldor, one of their's will do."

As the dance continues and pickes up tempo, her eyes become slightly glazed as she move faster and faster through the dance. "I hope your hands are all right."

ooc:
Zavo's only level 7 and sadly, only has a 16 in dance. I'm at a bit of a crossroads with her, actually. Her focus has been a dexterity build, but she keeps getting more into the dance and fashion side of things. Taldor seems to be rubbing off on her.

She's mainly a Dervish Dancer bard, (don't call her that to her face) but she has a dip of Urban Barbarian, so she raged for dexterity to go faster as the dance went on.

russian dance:
Most russian dances are either solo or for larger groups. Troika is for 3 people, but I couldn't find any for 2.

"Sadly the only dancing I'm familiar with is on the battlefield ! "

Grand Lodge

"heh heh. Dervishes."

Sovereign Court

(troublemaker ;) Ok, here we go)

Zavorokhina grows much more agitated, further increasing her tempo and practically carrying the gnome across the floor.

"Bah! Those pathetic Serenrites wouldn't know how to dance even if their goddess gave them personal instructions. All they do is spin in circles until the dizzy ditzes fall to the ground. A true blade dancer dances for the art itself, not to please some goddess. They must be a thing of beauty and speed; flying across both the dance floor and the battlefield. Let them come against me and I will show the true art of dancing."

(Now let's see if we can guess her other berserk button...)

Grand Lodge

"So, how's life at home? I only ever see Pathfinders on expedition."

Sczarni

"Then mister Gary Underfoot watch and be amazed!" As he gets spuin around and swings into the dance as has slight ttrouble keeping up with Zavorokhina

Yeah you can dance'em and I can colorspray'em!

OOC:
His 13 dance is not as good, but able to keep up. Ponti's 28 charismsa is the main fuel of his dance score. Also Gary was purposely incorrect.

Sovereign Court

I'm not the dancer. My skill is impersonation, hence the theater venue. My colleague Telessar of Szarni is the dancer, although he dances with shadows more than not. I'd swear they dance back sometimes.

Sczarni

*while being twirled around his head twists around frantically as he tries to face righty in the fast dance*

All the matcheses I met were delicious dancers. So you are a different type of matcheses?

"Gary, Grey ... honestly dont care what you call me, 'just dont call me late for Dinner' ! "
* a hearty earthy laugh erupts from Gray *

Sovereign Court

The dance winds down with Zavrokhina looking slightly tired after her rant.

"Yes, dinner sounds like a wonderful idea."

Grand Lodge

"Well, then. I'll buy...within reason. I recently had luck in a Varisian job. Hoping I could find Romulus, no such luck."

Sovereign Court

Its interesting offer to buy when the food here is free. I've booked the chef's for the night, the food isn't superb but what is outside of Oparra.

Grand Lodge

"People? Monsters?"

Silver Crusade

"Monsters for sure." A big, extremely muscular man walks into the theater, his face covered in multiple scars. After ordering a pint of ale, he sits down and looks at the gnome dancing with the half elf. "Jerry likes monsters."

Sovereign Court

"You're in luck then, Kyros," a human male says as he walks to the nearby seat. "I've mainly been stuck in Absalom. Half the time doing things for the Blackros family... If I ever see that damned museum again..."

Grand Lodge

"Aye, I done the same thing, and a compatriate of mine as well. It's practically a running joke within our group."

Dark Archive

Darn those nasty Blackros's I've engaged in three class action lawsuits and fallen short of the prize. On behalf of their employees, customers, and the neighboring businesses each and everyone one was a simple issue of damages and gross negligence. These Blackros's and their foul cursed "Museum" of the Abyss.

Meridoc continues to curse as Righty smiles and pours another double scotch.

Grand Lodge

Museum ain't THAT bad! It's actually a fun place to bring the family!

Dark Archive

Sure if you have too many family members, great place to go. By the end of the day you'll pare down the numbers.

Grand Lodge

"That's not the idea."

Sczarni

Ohhh ohh the slimey guy in the basement with lotsa eyes can eat them up. The pathsearcher group before us found that out.

That museum is a fun place, but only if you hate yer family. Kyros you should take your brother.

Shadow Lodge

"Ah, yes. I remember going there once or twice. A strange place, indeed."

(GM credit for Voice in the Void, and played Penumbral Accords. I barely remember playing it though - I think we took it too fast and it didn't really make an impression)

Grand Lodge

"I think I was on that expedition. Left untouched."

Sovereign Court

Watch out for Kyros, he'll take his family to the Blackros Museum. You can expect he treats them better than he would you....

Dark Archive

I saw someone make an impression there. After the first 30 or 40 feet he left quiet an impression on the floor below. I couldn't convince the city to shut it down as an unsafe work environment. I couldn't convince the unions to shut it down due to shoddy workmanship.

I think the Blackros's don't really have much money left. They're paying out bribes to most of the town...probably bankrupt by now.

Grand Lodge

Not with the wedding presents and that new place they have that I helped loot for them.

Sczarni

Well, you know, ahh hem. Well I happen to be on umm.... good relations with Hammeria. After I kinda slipped her somefing to drink. So she would fall in love with the next person she saw. And well.. I kinda made sure she saw.. well.. me.

But Vasaline Armbrush said to make those wedding people like us pathsearchers and now she does like us err... one of us, and maybe more than like...

Grand Lodge

Kyros stifles a laugh. "You WHAT?" He asks "The closest I got to landing something there was with the !@#$^@!% captain of the guard!" He pats the gnome on the back. "Good show, sir. Good show."

Dark Archive

Its not such a good idea, you're going to be forking over serious coin for that little slip of the.... Better sell tickets to your bachelor party...you'll need the extra cash.

Sczarni

Slight spoilers from blackros wedding and voices in the void:
Well how fair is it that that uppity up up Well knight gets a Blackros babe, and I don't? I mean he could not protect her for one night before she got snagged up by some flyering beardo that I had to saved her from. Did he go into the museum and get forced to take back 1/3 third his weight in stone golem. Did he rescue ANY blackros. I have more then once. I even protecteded one from a brain in a jar.

So I decided I neededed a Blackros babe. *smuggly* I just happened to win the besterest leaderest one!

Grand Lodge

"Well the best way to marry in IS to get a bunch f riches, so the PFS is a good way in there. Kyros Blakros. Hmmm..."

Sovereign Court

Ack I read Kyros' future plans to face the Worldwound until he meets an inevitable painful and most unpleasant end (or the WW does.) I fear our friend is either drunk or insane. So you know what that means....

Wheel of insanity turn turn turn
and teach us the lesson that we must learn.
