Maximizing fighter damage

Advice

Can someone give me a list of feats that maximizes fighter damage. I only know weapon spec and power attack atm. I don't mean AoE damage, but only against one creature, so cleave isn't a valid choice. Vital strike most of the time won't be used due to it being more beneficial getting two strength bonuses rather than double weapon hit dies.

Two Hand: Weapon Spec, Weapon Focus, Greater Weapon Spec & Focus, Power Attack, Bypass DR feats, Improved Critical. The rest of the ways to boost two handed are class features.

Duel Wield: Double Slice, Power Attack, Pirana Strike, two weapon fighting feats, two weapon rend and two weapon pounce and Improved Critical.

Archery: Point Blank, Rapid Shot, Many Shot, Deadly Aim, Cluster Shot and both Precise Shot (more likely to hit is more likely to damage).

There are many more but these are the main ones IMO.

The Critical chain and a weapon with a good critical threat range, like a falchion or an elven curved blade.

Vital strike is a must.

Of the Critical Focus feats, Bleeding Critical is my fave. Best used with a 18-20 weapon, keen or improved critical as well.

Bloody Assault is a 6+ level feat you can take at as a bonus feat and then switch out at later levels when you retrain feats, such as the other Assault feats which don't deal damage but create HUGE debuffs.

Deadly Stroke deals CON bleed and x2 weapon damage, but only in rare situations. It's tricky to focus on.

Furious Focus negates the power attack penalty on the first hit if you're using a two-handed weapon.

I would like to point out that Vital Strike only works with standard action attacks. You're rarely going to use it unless you're a hammer thrower, but I suppose it could be nice on a composite bow. You're most likely going to choose charge and full attack over standard attack, especially in heavy armor due to your lack of mobility. The damage is also unreliable, and so you won't get much out of it unless you're lucky.

I mean, Vital strike looks really good on paper, but in practice, not so much. But I suppose Deadly Stroke could synergize well with Shatter Defenses due to charge -> demoralize -> flatfoot, double damage on a standard action +con bleed. This also synergizes extremely well with Cornugon Smash which lets you inflict shaken and flat-footed (shatter defenses) on a power attack, then double damage with con bleed on the next turn. Best of all? It also allows you an extra move action. However, the problem stands that te standard action would be difficult to pull off in medium armor if your DM keeps full withdrawing or risking Aoos.

However, I must admit, Vital+Devastating Strike+Deadly Stroke could be terrifying with a flyby attack airborne ambusher. Other than that, using multiple attacks per turn and the free double damage and con bleed is far better than vital strike. I mean, if it allowed Vital strike with a BAB of less than 6, then it would have been a no-brainer.

you didnt say increase damage with only the full round action and you have to move some time....

I had both Bleeding Critical and Staggering Critical in the same char, to be able to use each in differnt situations. I never used Bleeding Critical since I got Staggering Critical, as it's much better condition.

Once I got Stunning Critical, there's no contest.

For a Fighter, you'd grab Critical Mastery at level 14, which lets you apply two Critical feats at the same time. So, you'd be using both Bleeding and Staggering at the same time then, and eventually switch to Bleeding and Stunning.

Style-feats, eldritch heritage feats.

I was barbarian/fighter, so no chance. I finished the AP as Barb4/fight13
