I got to run "School of Spirits" at PaizoCon today with a great group and used the fan-made "Grishan's Intel" notes from the GM Shared Prep forum. Thank you so much to whomever made them, they are great!
You're very welcome! I saw those handouts, and saw it as a perfect opportunity to make something silly to hand to the players! I mean, if I was Grishan's age, That is (basically) what any notebook or intel would look like.

I've updated the product pages on PathfinderWiki of the two most recent scenarios, Wrath of the Fleshwarped Queen and Graves of Crystalmaw Pass. They now contain "Recurring characters, concepts, & locations" hyperlinks for all subjects covered in other PFS scenarios.

The "Recurring characters, concepts, & locations" and "Available resources" sections of the Pathfinderwiki product pages for PFS scenarios have been updated through the end of the current season.
Some highlights (with spoilers for the most recent scenarios):
* VC Norden Balentiir, who appears in Raid on Cloudborne Keep, first appeared in season 0's The Third Riddle?
* The god Brigh, who plays a part in Graves of Crystalmaw Pass, has a full article describing her faith in Lords of Rust?

The "Recurring characters, concepts, and locations" and "Available resources" sections of the PathfinderWiki product pages for PFS scenarios have been updated through the most recent scenario, "#9-21 In the Grandmaster's Name".
If you're unfamiliar with this project, every PFS product page now lists if any of the people, places, or items presented in that scenario appear in other Paizo sources. As a GM, it allows you to do additional research on a given topic by providing you with links to other sources, and to see the connections between the various adventures of PFS.

Ok, So there is another thread that has talked about sharing preparation for scenarios across our large pool of PFS GMs.
I've created This as a start.
This is a shared google doc folder that everybody with the link above had access to edit and borrow from. It's kind of bare bones right now, I'm hoping that our community can fill up the folders. Let me know if there are upgrades to the organization of it that you'd like to see.
If you're not sure how to use google docs, or don't want to chance breaking it you can ** spoiler omitted ** and I can add the information for you.
Here are the rules:
Play nice -- this is not a tool to share scenarios, just our prep for them
Don't take, just copy
If you are availing yourself of this resource, please also give to it*** any scenarios uploaded will be deleted****
I can't seem to access this as ti says I don't have permission?

Update did not go well.
I've had to restore the website to a snapshot ~10 hours ago.
The database that contains all the uploaded material as well as logins and forums appears to be unaffected.
Unfortunately I need to go to bed rather than wait for the site to come back up.
Hopefully the restore process completes on its own.
If not I have further manual backups of both the site and the database from Sunday night.

Unsurprisingly the view_topic and view_forums pages are the most viewed. Using php/mySQL to serve the content means that all the forums pages share the same URL.
Interestingly enough the 1e Grapple Flow chart comes in next with about 10% more hits than the front page.
Investigating further, there are a large number of hits on that flowchart coming straight from google searches for
Pathfinder Grapple
Which gets you straight to said file.
