On the subject of admittedly hard wooden pews, this was actually borne out of a tragic misunderstanding. You see, a metanalysis of mortal sexual dreams performed by Mr. Socothbenoth revealed that surprising numbers of mortals heavily fantasize about having sex in a cathedral.
Mr. Socothbenoth then visited some cathedrals, found them quite uninspiring in a carnal sense and thus figured out that the correlation between Sexual desire and Cathedrals must come from a species wide degree of masochism regarding hard wooden pews. As this does not require any actual effort on part of him once estbalished, plenty of hard wooden pews were thus ordered and build.And well, the silken sin essentially never admits mistakes, so thus cathedral thelemnic is forevermore stuck with hard wooden pews.
I recommend to cast invisibility on any rear-cushioning you bring along. Some of the old timers there view and type of cushioning as rude.
To add to this (and I can't believe I'm having this conversation), there's also the perverted sense of ecstasy having sex in a place of worship that is considered holy (or unholy in your case). I remember one case in our world where a priest had such a scene with a couple dommes. For some people, the idea itself can be titillating.

If you want it let go, reverse the grapple or succeed at your Escape Artist check... it's that easy [in theory]...
However, given the number of familiar faces around here, it seems none of us have been successful, thusfar. Not that I, personally, have tried very hard to escape.

I am glad to inform you that Mr. Bach has always been an ardent admirer of our Lady in Shadows. The term "Organ box" would have taken a much darker turn had he worshipped Kabriri. In a scholarly note she adds. Oh, as Mrs. Lathiira will no doubt tell you, and she actually will because I forgot to gag her, I am relatively dextrous and would not benefit that much from an oralcular arrangement.

--A cybernetic wizard and an Ghaele Azata
--A Paladin and a Mimic pretending to be an Organ Box within the Organ box, said Organ box was also a mimic but a very sleepy one. A call this the "Matrjoschka Organ Mimic Box" encounter, and it has left many an adventuring party rather puzzled.
--A Flamthower wielding Gynosphynx which also had shoulder mounted rocket launchers.
One of these was admittedly the result a teleport misshap.
While your definiton has a certain analytical merit, I would propose to expand it to cover "greater versions" as well.

In my experience, the quickest way to "defeat" an adversary, I mean recruit a future employee is to remove his reasons for resisting.
Terror is of course a more frequently used tool, especially by many of my less charming abyssal near peer competitors, but both I an anyone I ever interacted with in such a way, clearly prefer my more pleaseant approach.

Very clearly, terrorism is the inferior option. Scaring people for fun once in a while I do understand, but it's better to use the carrot than the stick in the long term.

Unfortunately, for all its advantages, Kirthfinder falls short with respect to Succubi -- the one Kirthfinder document I could find on this (admittedly not from the most up-to-date edition, but the more up-to-date edition just didn't have anything) has only a Succubus who seems to be somehow simultaneously insane and embarrassed to be in the picture.

A spiked chain in particular is, because it is 2 handed, only of extremely limited use for a Grappling Succubus, inspite of it being finessable.
When considering chains, one should also bear the stealh, weight, and general aestethic considerations in mind. Unless one invests into Mithral or other very light materials well, the weight burden is quite considerable, and the clinking chains could, in some cases, constitute a reduction in stealth capabilities.
Furthermore, running around with several coils of chain on ones body can frequently raise the eyebrows of even fairly unattentive guards, which more subtle restraints would not.
There are a variety of relatively common magical items that can be of considerable aid in the more binding parts of grappling, such as a Robe of twine or Gauntlet of twisting vies

Why would I just sleep if I can alternatively sleep with someone?
One of these gives delicious temporary hp (and/or loot), the other does not.
The other cool thing with the loot as that you dont have to pry the armor off a dead body, since they tend to undress voluntarily, so it will be in good condition!
