So to reiterate my question: Can I still get my reroll if I heavily modify the shirt as long as all the important bits (image and tag) are there?
Thanks! I'll begin work on the shirt and let people know how it turns out :)

I've noticed people who just bring in the Character Folio but don't actually use it except to get a reroll. Not really sure how I feel about that.
It's been explicitly clarified that you don't have to be using it, it just has to be on the table. I can dig up a link if you'd like (but I'm lazy so I won't unless asked).
Jiggy 'detect humor' roll = fail.
See that's because it wasn't funny. Given the crap female gamers are putting up with in their day-to-day, making the same tired old joke but then declaring it okay because it was self-referential and/or ironic doesn't actually make it any funnier. And since it starts at funny=zero ...

I don't write in mine, but I use it often enough: it's got listings of many conditions and quite a few common skill DCs... like a "player" equivalent of a GM screen (before anyone asks, no I don't have it open and blocking vision to my rolls).

1) I use my character folio every game...as a coaster, paperweight, advertising for Paizo, and sometimes even as a character sheet folder. Really! If we are going to be anal about specifying HOW the folio is to be used, then people have way too much time on their hands and priorities that are seriously out of whack.
Get your priorities back in whack, please.
2) Really? The shirt can't be worn in any other way but as a shirt? Sorry, the rules don't say that... :P
Just figured as long as these boards are continuously going critical mass with their logic arguments we might as well do so here, too.
Any GM who says my wearing of my goblin shirt as underwear is not allowable for a reroll is not only incorrect by RAW, but they also risk having me remove said shirt.
Yep, I am fully planning on someone chiming in with "...oh but on Sept. 19th at 8:37 PM on the Paizo site it was clarified in the PFS Discussion board that players can only... blah blah blah"
Please tell me that these regulations some of you keep specifying more and more specifically aren't serious. The clown music just keeps getting louder and it needs to stop.

I have of times wondered why none of the Paizo Community Use icons ever made it to Cafe Press. But now I remember the Cafe Press thong...

SRP, you have my specific and unique permission: if you're playin' at my table, and you're wearin' a Paizo shirt as underpants, you don't even have to show me.

I just recieved a Paizo t-shirt as a birthday gift, but they only come in boy styles so it's not very comfy for a girl and generally makes me feel like I'm choking. I am considering cutting up the shirt and sewing the image of the goblin onto a more girl-friendly shirt.
As most of you probably know, a Paizo t-shirt allows a player a once per session reroll. If I use the full image from the t-shirt, it's not like someone else could use the open-chest remainder of the t-shirt to get a free reroll. I could even remove the tag from the original shirt and sew it to the new one just in case.
So the question is: Would I still get my free reroll if I dismembered the shirt?
Hi Deb it's Rick my username is zakharan I am not sure how to set up a private message but I am at my computer and will keep looking to see if I can figure out how to do it.

Rick,
Click on her name from above her post, and when it gets to her page there should be a "Send Private Message" link under the list of subscriptions/PFS member/etc. information.
Hope this helps.

Me, too. And Mr. Mortika, we live in the same state. It'd not be unlikely for, ah, us to be at the same table. Heck, you watched me GM a table at Nuke Con.
My pair has the goblin with the red gem on them. I've not had a GM enforce the whole visible aspect. Most won't let me show them. I'm not opposed to either.
It's odd, though. More people protest me presenting my pair than protest JMFK presenting his pair. Usually I hear a resounding "NOPE, I believe you." It's a little insulting.
I wouldn't be surprised if that didn't fly as far at a con, but with some shiny tights, I could claim it's a cosplay. Considering what I've seen pass as appropriate convention wear, I doubt people would object.

The common sense approach for use of the shirt and the folio to me means that if you have the shirt/folio at the table, even if it's in a backpack, they can get a reroll. If a shirt is too small (limited quantities of proper sizes suck!) or uncomfortable, don't wear it at the gaming table please. Players and GMs have to be around each other for 4-5 hours and nothing gets people more on edge that not being comfortable.
I mean, you're only ever going to be able to use a reroll once a session, it really shouldn't matter if the purchased item is worn or not. You paid your dues by purchasing it in the first place.

That seems like a dare; I'll have to do some laundry and get back to you tomorrow.
The Paizo Pathfinder shirts aren't really female-friendly or fashion conscious. Pathfinder underwear started as a joke that gradually grew into a reality. Train wrecks, no one can look away.
