Polymorph and Physical Stats Question

Rules Questions

If a Human commoner is Polymorphed into an Elf commoner, does the human get the physical racial stat adjustments of +2 Dex/-2 Con (while also losing any physical racial stats granted by the Human Race)?

The other question is how much is the +disguise from Polymorph?

Under the sub-school Polymorph, the +disguise is 10.

Under the Transmutation description, the +disguise is 20.

-edit- "Each polymorph spell allows you to assume the form of a creature of a specific type, granting you a number of bonuses to your ability scores and a bonus to your natural armor."

Does this mean all ability scores are subject to change with Polymorph?

I don't see where you're getting the +20 to Disguise under Transmutation? My book says you gain a +10 bonus on Disguise skill checks. Maybe a misprint in an older book?

Edit - Oh, I see where you got the +20. That's weird. Go with the official Pathfinder page for polymorph and use the +10.

You only change the ability scores if the spell says to change the ability scores. Each spell that can "polymorph" you will tell you exactly what to do. There are a lot of different polymorph spells, so sometimes your ability scores will change, sometimes they won't.

Thank you for the information about the +10 to disguise. I think all polymorph spells only describe size modifiers to stats. I cannot find any polymorph spells that describe racial modifiers to stats.

To use Alter Self as an example. A human taking the form of an elf (or any other medium sized humanoid) gains +2 strength, low-light vision and +10 to disguise. Other than that, the character abilities and stats are unaltered.
