make sure to take magical knack to bump up 1 side a +2cl and take varisian tattoo to get back an additional +1cl/dc to evocation, bloat mage does this too if u dont mind being fat and slow.. Esoteric Training will get u +3cl to one side and +1cl to another and unlike the other cl bumpers it actually gives u new spell levels(although ur dm may be against its opness).. Additionally theres a trait called loreseeker that allows u to pick 3 spells and gain +1cl/dc with them.. would be good with a few blastys... 30k gp ion stone later in levels will make up another +1cl.. Point is even though ull be behind in spell levels vs a ful caster theres no reason that ur cl has to be... I personally would do all these things and then ask my gm how much money would it take to get esoteric training lol...

The second mystery will be touch of flame. Unless im mistaken the wording states "At 11th level, any weapon that you wield is treated as a flaming weapon." Not it states at 11th level, Not at 11th Oracle level.

This sounds really cool, but since your character is taking levels in classes with bad BAB, they're probably going to be really bad in melee. In addition I would imagine that your HP would not be high enough to make front line fighting a very good option.
Edit: Maybe you would like to use this for a ranged weapon? In that case you would probably need to take point blank/precise shot and with the number of spells you have you'll probably never need to draw a bow at 11th level anyway.

You want blasts blasts blasts?
Play a thundercaller.
In exchange for inspire competence, a thundercaller can pull off 3 damage-buffed sound bursts a round (at 13th level). Unless your opponents are resistant to sonic energy (or have an ability like stalwart, which turns Fort partial saves into Fort negates), then that's 15d8 damage, 10 ft. radius, save doesn't reduce damage, and 3 (fairly bad) chances to stun.
Beat that.

WerePox47 |

beat that eh... At 13th level could do instead, lets say a 24int
1st level sorc orc/blue dragon xblooded/12th level admixture wizard with magical lineage(fireball) varisian tattoo(evoc), spell focus/greater evoc, spell spec.(fireball), intensify spell, quicken spell, and a lesser dazing metarod.. All of which can easily be had with room to spare.
=
15d6+36 intensified dazing lightning ball (DC-23) or take no action for 3 rounds.. that beats 15d8+low dc stun right there..
then u could also quicken a 12d6+30 lightning ray as well..
Granted theres cheese here and i dont think its what the op wanted but i just had too..

says it works for arcane caster, so to me thats wizards, sorc., magus, summoner, bard, witch...
Then that item would be wonderful on this character! To bad there isn't a version for Divine Casters (AFAIK).
And did I really type "Wing of Rizardry"? How did that slip through my phone's Autocorrect?

I vote for Half Elf Sorcerer/Oracle focused on burst and Illusion (Pattern)
Sorcerer: Pick your favorite blast bloodline, and a 20 Charisma. Cha at every level, and Cha headband as good as you can afford, upgrade often. Ignore spells you will get from:
Oracle: Heavens Mystery, Blackened Curse (Free Blast spells)
Learn Paragon Surge ASAP.
Done.
Paragon Surge
School transmutation (polymorph); Level alchemist 3, cleric 3, magus 4, paladin 4, sorcerer/wizard 3, witch 3
CASTING
Casting Time 1 standard action
Components V, S
EFFECT
Range personal (half-elf only)
Duration 1 minute/level
DESCRIPTION
You surge with ancestral power, temporarily embodying all the strengths of both elvenkind and humankind simultaneously, and transforming into a paragon of both races, something greater than elf or human alone. Unlike with most polymorph effects, your basic form does not change, so you keep all extraordinary and supernatural abilities of your half-elven form as well as all of your gear. For the duration of the spell, you receive a +2 enhancement bonus to Dexterity and Intelligence and are treated as if you possessed any one feat for which you meet the prerequisites, chosen when you cast this spell.

The half elf bonuses for favored class suck IMO.
It is not about Half Elf alt. fav. class options, it is all about Paragon Surge.
Damn, I wish I had _______ Meta Magic Feat. Poof, cast a spell and you have it.
Damn, I wish I had _________ Spell. Poof, cast spell, take expanded arcana feat, now you know that spell.
Damn, I wish I had the ________ Mystery . Poof, cast the spell, Extra Revelations Feat.
Paragon Surge is just AMAZINGLY powerful. Half-Elf only. So, Half Elf make the sub-optimal build closer to optimal all by its lonely 3rd level spell self.

Ok so far sor 6/Ora 4 MT 10
Half orc for their bonus fire damage favored class ability and also the fact i can just give them a +2 cha.
Red dragon bloodline for extra damage per dice to offset lower CL.
Flame Mystery Oracle to get burning magic.
The second mystery will be touch of flame. Unless im mistaken the wording states "At 11th level, any weapon that you wield is treated as a flaming weapon." Not it states at 11th level, Not at 11th Oracle level.
Now one question i thought up is. Does Any of the Shared spell slots count as "Sorcarer spells" FOr the purposes of the half orc favored class bonus? Mystic theurge is supposed to be a blending of both Arcane and Divine.
One thing I missed in my initial look at the flame mystery oracle, instead of touch of flame, you might go with gaze of flames, which allows you to "see through fire, fog, and smoke without penalty as long as the light is sufficient to allow you to see normally". So that lets you see through all the various fog and mist spells that the sorcerer gives you and you could find synergy there much like its equivalent with the waves mystery counterpart.

Might pick up a firearm to balance bad bab sense it will be touch.

Its debatable but a non half elf can take that spell.

If i recall correctly anyone can take the spell but it only works on half elfs. (Also works for humans with the racial heritage half elf feat.)

Fire is a good element to focus on. Sure there are lots of fire resisting enemies, but there are also a lot of fire spells, and its more important to have good spells. Nab elemental spell feat and go. Plus, there are a few more ways to boost fire damage via certain racial features (half orc or gnome come to mind.)
