Flurry of blows with sneak attack

Rules Questions

Liberty's Edge

Well I was wondering do flurry and sneak atk stack? Let's say you get 3 hits with flurry, in a surprise round you hit someone 3times do you get sneak atk for all 3hits?

Dark Archive

If they are flatfooted against all three attacks, are being flanked, or you are under the effects of greater invisibility, then yes, you should get Sneak Attack on all three strikes.

Liberty's Edge

Well the next question then becomes.,can your unarmed strikes cause sneak atk? I mean they do lethal damage so I think they would.

Yes, anything you have to roll an attack for can do sneak attack damage, provided the target is denied its Dexterity bonus to AC.

Seranov: point of order... you aren't flat-footed "against" attacks.

Grand Lodge RPG Superstar 2012 Top 32

Sneak Attack spells out the conditions which must be met for it to occur. So if your question is "What about situation X?" then the answer is "As long as situation X meets the specified requirements, yes."

Flurry is a Full-Round action, so you need some way to get to do that in the surprise round (there are a few) instead of the standard action you usually get. If you've beaten the other fellow's initiative, you might get your full-round action in the first regular round before him, so if he didn't get to go in the surprise round, he'd still be flat-footed.
