Dazing Spell Feat Question

Rules Questions

Can a creature with the dazed condition make a reflex save?

Let's say I cast a Dazing Spell: Stone Call, a level 2 spell with no save and daze two foes adjacent to each other for two rounds.

Next Round I cast Dazing Spell: Aqueous Orb and engulf the two foes.

Can they make the requisite Reflex saves to avoid the Orb?

If not do they essentially get locked in getting re-dazed by the Orb even if it deals non lethal damage each round?

Thanks in advance!

Dazing Spell piggybacks on any existing saving throws. For Aqueous Orb passing the "reflex negates" would also negate the daze.

How Dazing Spell interacts with ongoing damage that doesn't give a save and how daze interacts with holding your breath is not *known* to me.

Nothing keeps you from making saves. Conditions might make it harder (sleeping, held, unconscious, etc), but nothing will keep you from being allowed to attempt a save.

Thanks!

There is one condition ("dead") that does, because then you are an object and not a creature.

Note that stone call will only daze them if they fail a Will saving throw.

Quote:
You can modify a spell to daze a creature damaged by the spell. When a creature takes damage from this spell, they become dazed for a number of rounds equal to the original level of the spell. If the spell allows a saving throw, a successful save negates the daze effect. If the spell does not allow a save, the target can make a Will save to negate the daze effect. If the spell effect also causes the creature to become dazed, the duration of this metamagic effect is added to the duration of the spell. A dazing spell uses up a spell slot three levels higher than the spell's actual level. Spells that do not inflict damage do not benefit from this feat.

does non lethal damage from a dazing A.Orb count as 'damage'?

I believe any sort of damage (lethal, non-lethal, or ability) counts for dazing spell, because the feat itself does not clarify any further than 'damage'.
