I'm afraid you're going to need to define "lunch"...

Yeah, the former muffin is a superb platform for a sandwich, especially when made of sourdough. They are great for making mini pizzas.
Yes, that's it.
@Tacticslion, 'lunch', in this case, is whatever meal you've just eaten.

And leftover pizza, which was also cold, and delicious.

Belly-ballast.
Speaking of which, breakfast was an omelette
Dinner was a chicken, cheese and mushroom sandwich
Lunch was cake.
So, so much cake.

Ground beef with a bit of whole wheat flour sprinkled into the fat to make it slightly gravy-esque, seasoned with not enough salt and coriander, with some chopped broccoli mixed in.
For breakfast and lunch.

Some hot dog sausages, some bread, and a tomato.
Yesterday was a small bowl of mom's potato salad and a couple pepper jack cheese sticks. Not sure about today yet.
Leftovers from last night's dinner: A beer-braised knackwurst, garlic mashed potatoes, and sauteed kale.

I'm tying to get in the habit of eating on a normal schedule, but I'm not quite in the habit of always making sure I have something quick & easy on hand. That day I'd already skipped breakfast and needed to eat something as I was feeling a little woozy.
If I had ready access to doughnuts, they'd end up finding me like this.
Breakfast: that is: a salad!

"Asian"(ish) lime ginger chicken salad on onion-poppyseed bun. Recipe still needs tweaking, but I'm getting closer.
Yesterday and today: chicken leg, some stewed carrots from the broth in which chicken bathed boiled, and potatoes.
Yesterday I had a salad lettuce and scallions mixed with "Italian" dressing. Today I have only scallions left and I will shred them and mix with yogurt dressing.
I should probably start washing potatoes and put them into pot to cook...
I should probably juice up that bag of limes in the fridge and make limeade. {continues not to}
Toad in the hole with shallot gravy, which worked alright
Sausage in a bagel
Pizza.
Broth in which the (already eaten) chicken legs cooked with the remaining carrots and noodles.
I'll need to make something else for Sunday.

Thursday, my entire consumption for the day consisted of about three cups of bone broth (with salt) and a few tablespoons of applesauce.
Friday, I had maybe a couple of cups worth of applesauce all day.
Saturday was about the same as Friday.
Sunday was a couple cups of applesauce and two potatoes (with salt).
Today, breakfast was a potato with salt. Lunch was a potato with salt and a little bit of ground beef.
Stupid stomach flu. :(
I stopped for a $1.39 double cheeseburger that my stomach has alchemically turned into some inert leaden substance. Ugh.
However, I have beer! Two types! And vodka! All chilling in the fridge.

Breakfast and lunch were both the same mix of potato/beef/salt that I had for lunch and dinner yesterday. Dinner tonight may or may not be the same thing. But cripes, after the last several days, the taste of simple meat and potatoes is downright heavenly.

I'm completely unsure today! Normally, I might indulge in some Popeye's, but since we've been having Friday as Family Movie Night and eating pizza for dinner, I've been trying to forgo both Popeye's and pizza on the same day.

Wendy's new $5 grilled chicken combo (with small fries and small coke). The honey mustard sauce was a bit too sweet, and the tomato slice was a disappointing tasteless supermarket variety, but otherwise it was very very tasty.

I've not seen any of those... the Bourbon Imperial Stout looks interesting, if pretty hefty (9.5%). Would probably be expensive here, too.

But later this month my wife and I are planning a "stay-cation" that will involve taking a break from this damn rigorous diet for a few days.
