Today was leftover homemmade Thai-style red curry chicken, two tangerines, and a Coke Zero.


Lunch ended up being Quickly. Found one whilst about my afternoon errands, and it's better than McDonald's.


Very full of poppadoms.

Pea and gammon soup, with dumplings. Too salty.


Cheese sandwiches: muenster, lettuce, and tomato on whole wheat bread.

Cheese, carrots, a pickle, a soft pretzel, almonds, an apple, some peanut chews.


Large Dr. Pepper and a 69¢ Dave's Single from Wendys. Apparently the 69¢ offer is today only.

Spicy salami

Pecorino

Black olives

Pitta bread

and a solitary Cadbury's creme egg for afterwards.


Spicy chicken bool gogi from nearby Korean cafe.

Mashed potatoes mixed with Dijon mustard, a chicken and cheese quesadilla, and some chocolate ice cream.


Too-large tuna melt sandwich and handful of plain potato chips

German lentil soup (homemade), fresh buttered bread (homemade).


Chipotle ranch ham & cheddar melt, handful of plain tortilla chips, and glass of sweetened tea (but not Southern/hummingbird sweet tea)


One (1) dill pickle from the vending machine down the hall.
Don't ask.

Sliced, seasoned chicken breast; fresh baby spinach; a slice of mozzarella; a couple of teaspoons of taco sauce; all wrapped up in a tortilla and heated.


Brie, black olives, pitta bread and mother's chili and apple jam, plus carrot and (actual) apple.

Pre-dinner warm-up was a packet of Wheat Crunchies, Britain's least disgusting brand of crisps.

Yesterday it was a bag of pretzels. I was distracted and forgot to eat.

Pork burger in tortilla with scoop of cole slaw


Chicken Shawarma Plate with hummus, rice pilaf and steamed cabbage.


5 little powered sugar donuts.

(Dinner was sausage gravy & biscuits and scrambled eggs with the parents)


2 cups of coffee and chunk of cherry danish strip (I overslept 'til noon)

Lunch today was mashed potatoes with Dijon mustard and a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese. Yum!

Chicken tika masala, butter naan, and mango water ice.


Cheapo 99¢ salisbury steak & mashed taters (w/ added chives, garlic powder, and chopped cheddar melted in) entrée

(While that was microwaving, I pulverized some leftover spiral-sliced ham into crumbled ham, which is excellent for mixing in to scrambled eggs.)


Yesterday's lunch was a couple poached eggs, piece of white toast, and a brown n serve sausage.

Today's lunch will be away from home, so it'll be a thermos of coffee (12 oz), large banana, and something new(-to-me): caramel yogurt with paline pecans, chocolate chips, and pretzel bits mix-ins

Hotpot from carrots, turnip. leek, prinzess beans and mett (German minced pork meat), served with fresh bread.


A turkey, mustard, and swiss sandwhich with juice and a granola bar.


Curried lamb and roasted carbonised vegetables, in pitta bread.

Actually, the pepper and mushrooms were alright; the onion was a bit too black 'n' crispy even for my undiscriminating palate.


Grilled American cheese sandwich and Tomato soup.
